save waste
Urban pollution waste will be increasingly exploited in materials, helping us to tackle the biggest problem on Earth. Mesh materials and structures will continue to evolve through a combination of creative craftsmanship and innovative production. Bricks and debris transformed into composites, stone effects with original veins are reproduced on the fabrics, creating patterns for rough or sophisticated prints reproduced on wool and precious fabrics. The surface decoration of these fabrics, materials and accessories is evolving as these experiments with their particular color and crystall texture grow. Metal products will take on a new power, resembling mined or industrial shapes with even wrinkled, twisted finishes. The mixtures of materials created with urban and post-industrial waste, with innovative-looking inclusions, will advance with more color and material iridescence, creating alternative products, then inspiring fabric producers, stylists and designers in all sectors of fashion and design. Bioplastics will also be increasingly particular and innovative and metal waste will take on new power. Plastics and polymers, which are an integral part of our daily life, will be a catalyst for creativity. The material iridescences, resin, glass, stone minerals will inspire new prints that imitate nature; laminated and layered effects, reptile and animal prints, reproduced on synthetic and recycled materials. The colors of save the waste trend will be pastel with faded, porous and opaque variations and nuances, with crystall light micro-effects, combined with mirror-polished or patinated metals.

creativity
Street culture is a vast, bubbling system that essentially shows itself in a continuous work in progress that is highly creative, but also highly repetitive, with its various expressions, casual, sporting, hip pop, but above all “fresh”. For this reason, sometimes it is talked about with a certain insistence as if it were a revolutionary element or a nostalgic operation, dominating street style with innovation. Now, it combines atmospheric creativity through the coloring of shades of shadows, cloudy visual effects or patterns for new materials that also arise from recycled materials, rubber and 3D printing, but not only for ecological problems. A mix of manufacturing tradition, design, technological innovation capable of intercepting new trends in international markets, through designers with a soul that is not only creative, but also eco-sustainable, which has now also absorbed the active world. Develops ultralight and quilted upholstered fabrics and slightly three-dimensional fabrics and creates products that wrap around offering a comfortable warmth. Foamy foams and coupled fabrics influence fabrics that take a softer direction for materiality, paying attention to the benefits of warmth, support and comfort for the wearer. Limited edition, logos, multicolor suits, sneakers, oversized sweaters, technical accessories, ropes, snap closures, metal accessories are certainly the most determining elements of this style. Reduced colors, even bright, but not so extravagant, combined with dark, total black and metallic accessories. Introduces a creative craft tactic with unfinished fringed fabrics drawing on the trend of extravagant looks and embellishments. Unfinished and distressed colored threads are reworked in this direction with dégradé and délavé effects, even in denim.

designful
Pure style, pure design, pure innovation are the key concepts of this trend where design continues its exploration of fashion with transformability, personalization, uniqueness, sustainability. The reliefs, the geometric shapes are in 3D and indispensable patterns that seek inspiration from vintage archive design. The decoration of the fabrics evolves as experiments with color grow, creating alternatives to embellishments with crystals and luminous stones. The rebirth of the logo-mania of the 2000s will remain influential as the brands invest heavily in historical projects and archived best-sellers; therefore Logos and monograms are meant to promote authenticity. The buckle closures will evolve with oversize silhouettes that add new features for maximum impact. The accessories will be in contrast with prints and geometric designs, in this season focused on luxury minimalism to redefine classic and contemporary forms. The iridescent effects, the fabrics and technical accessories with brighting colours light up and contrast with the vintage inspiration, but opposing a futuristic style to the retro one. Tactility and lush surfaces continue to attract and play in our desire for sensuality with colours of strong exploration, extravagance and escape. The colours of this trend will be compact, full of unusual harmonies, almost with a co-natural concept, with combinations and new overlaps mixing shades in an unexpected way.

up mixed
For sure, new trends and great returns, clear references to the future and inevitable references to the past; but also clear signs of female empowerment, in response to the events of the moment. A mix of rhombuses, paintings and weaves on pleated bases will be the alternative to the “tartan” for this winter season, with applications on fringe type fabrics, which will give a special play of movement and light. In contrast, paper, fabrics and products similar to the appearance of paper will draw on zero waste aesthetics, while designers try to reuse mass-produced materials from everyday life. The solid materials and the leather-covered shutters create a retro-futuristic look in geometric or sculptural forms and even the leather will undergo a transformation, because more and more tanning companies are adopting methods and processes aimed to the reduction of polluting agents, starting to use details delicately carved that will emerge as a key direction among the accessories, appealing to a growing demand for authentic craftsmanship, with less invasive tanning procedures for the environment. Padding and quilting will create 3D geometries, thus giving a soft but enveloping appearance. During the cold season the intense colours are the great stars of the palette, but in this trend the nuances at the center of attention will give way to more delicate tones, combined with darker brown tones and burnt Sienna. The accessories will be indispensable complements and will enjoy their own light, the metal will be gilded and characterized by geometric shapes, rings, half-threadlike rings such as bijoux, eyelets, double or round large buckles.
