MSD will pick up EVP calls til 1:00 p.m.

EMS, JSh at registration. Direct Host Cmte to 8F. BGW, TOK, SMO in Boardroom to greet early arrivals.

BGW move Host Cmte to lobby.

Joe Hickey prepare Boardroom for afternoon briefings.

TOK, BGW move 1st 60-70 to SCDPC. SMO greet guests on 7, and monitor space in SCDPC. Admin elevator from 1st to 7th floor.

ALL begin moving guests to Auditorium.

1st Bus EJF, TS, TG, JAS, Charlie, MSD 2nd Bus PNT, BGW, SMO, JAC, JAM 3rd Bus JVK, TOK Last Bus BTL, EMS, CEW CEW be sure everyone is on a bus.

CMC, KLO pack up remaining pubs, etc. for TG to take to hotel.

Walter load 1"stuff for Vista in PT car.

Russell Senate Office Building: 3:30 p.m.

TG check room.

Duane check Gingrich arrival time.

BGW, TOK assist guests thru security.

JAC direct to elevators, restrooms.
