This is my proposed design as per requirements.

SM PUERTO PRINCESA is located on the burgeoning capital of Palawan, province dubbed as the best island in the world. It features a total floor area of 54,000 sqm. With three(3 levels) of the mall with cinema and directors club,180 food and retail shops for the convenience of the locals and tourist travelling the city. The interior also reflects the same resort feel with the use of wave patterned fascia with wood laminate accents coupled with warm floor materials.

HOTEL 101 FORT is a 33-storey 3 star hotel. It stands on a viable 1,224.00 sq. meters corner lot bounded by C-5 Road and Target street. It has a total gross floor area of 24,000.00 sq. meters with five basements comprising of 209 parking slots, four levels, twenty seven floors of hotel units, garden deck and service decks that has a spectacular view of the Bonifacio Global City, Makati City and Taguig City

Located at the tip of developing resort island in Bohol is the exclusive development Modala Leisure Village Mall and hotel. This luxury, mixed-use ,residential and hospitality community will offer unique guest experiences of rest leisure and respite. Phase 1 of the Island development will be a 5 storeys, 126-room Boutique Hotel and the fisherman’s Village, a 2-level lifestyle strip of various retail, service and F&B offerings.
