Dear friends and customers Our periodic appointment with Celli News is a welcome opportunity for me to take stock of the situation.

The huge change taking place at a global level, due to the continuing economic crisis and the global environmental crisis, increases the sense of uncertainty that people feel and can also be felt in markets all over the world.

The storm is still raging and the way forward is unclear and less secure than it used to be. But in Italy, despite all the difficulties, there are companies that continue to export very successfully. They are mainly small and medium enterprises, which someone has called “pocket size multinationals”, keeping their backs upright and their heads outside the billows of the crisis. The capacity to innovate, especially in the area of environmental sustainability, the high level of quality and the proverbial good Italian taste in design, is allowing us to remain competitive. Celli is one of these excellent companies. That is why I feel assured and confident. The CELLI SHIP can rely on the strength and skill of its captain, his children and all those other capable co-workers. Teamwork always pays and I can be proud of the continual professional development of my children, Gianluca and Manuel, and all those who work for the company. Our long-lasting success on the markets, then, does not surprise us. 2011, in fact, closed with a positive balance and with growth of about 15% compared to 2010, and this growth trend was confirmed in the first six months of 2012. naturally the “markets” are you, you who continue to prefer us and support us with your trust, and for this we are truly grateful. For our part we are continuing to work steadfastly and to invest in research and development so that we can always provide you with the best possible products in terms of quality, innovation and design, side by side with you as a partner in your success on the market.

We are well aware that in this long period of extreme competitiveness there is a need for new successful products to remain in pole position on the principal markets.

I want to conclude by giving you some important news about the company organisation, namely some changes to the personnel that has taken place in Celli’s commercial department. Some of those working in that area are now no longer part of our organisation. New professionals have replaced them and I have great trust in them. Changes, in fact, when properly handled, are always an opportunity for improvement. These changes will help create an even stronger, more cohesive and more professional sales network. Professionalism has always been an integral part of Celli philosophy, and I believe that in the commercial area, the one that has the most direct contact with the customer, it is a crucial quality for success.

I am sure that the new sales team together with our long-time partners will know how to further improve the relationship with our trusted customers, based on a reciprocal collaboration, a quality that is indispensable for finding successful solutions together.

Il 2011, infatti, si è chiuso con un bilancio positivo e con una crescita di circa 15% rispetto al 2010 ed il trend di crescita si è confermato stabile nei primi 6 mesi del 2012. Naturalmente i “mercati” siete proprio voi a rappresentarli, voi che continuate a preferirci e a sostenerci con la vostra fiducia e di questo vi ringraziamo.

Da parte nostra continuiamo ad impegnarci con costanza e ad investire in ricerca e sviluppo per darvi sempre i migliori prodotti in termini di qualità, di innovazione e di design in modo da essere sempre al vostro fianco come partner e collaborare per il vostro successo sul mercato. Siamo ben coscienti che in questo lungo periodo di estrema competitività, c’è bisogno di novità vincenti per essere sempre in pole position sui mercati di riferimento.

Concludo informandovi di una importante novità sul piano dell’organizzazione aziendale, la quale consiste in alcuni cambiamenti di personale avvenuti nel settore commerciale della Celli. Alcuni collaboratori di quell’area infatti non fanno più parte della nostra organizzazione. A costoro sono subentrati nuovi professionisti del servizio nei quali ripongo una grande fiducia. I cambiamenti infatti, se opportunamente guidati, sono sempre occasione di miglioramento. Le intervenute variazioni contribuiranno a creare una rete commerciale ancora più forte, coesa ed altamente professionale. La professionalità è sempre stata parte integrante della filosofia Celli e ritengo che nell’area commerciale, quella più a contatto con il cliente, sia una dote fondamentale per il successo.

Sono certo che la nuova squadra commerciale insieme ai collaboratori di sempre sapranno migliorare ulteriormente il rapporto con i nostri fidati clienti basato su una reciproca collaborazione, qualità indispensabile per trovare soluzioni vincenti assieme.

Vittorio Fontana Vittorio Fontana, after gaining a great deal of experience, with excellent results as the Celli Export Manager, was promoted to the role of Sales Director in January 2012. He is a person with marked managerial skills coming from not only his education (a degree in Economics at the University of Milan and a Master in Business Administration at the University of Stockholm) but also from work experience at top companies in Italy and overseas, and from lengthy periods of work abroad.

Vittorio has had an all-round training. He completed his financial education at the Luxembourg branch of Unicredit and at a consultancy company in Switzerland. He has also lived in Sweden and England (working for Pirelli as Sales and Trade-Marketing manager), Spain and France.

Il Dott. Vittorio Fontana, dopo aver maturato una importante esperienza, con ottimi risultati in qualità di Export Manager Celli, è stato promosso al ruolo di Direttore Commerciale nel Gennaio 2012. Una persona con spiccate capacità manageriali che gli provengono non solo dalla formazione culturale (una laurea in economia conseguita all’università di Milano ed un Master in Business Administration conseguito presso l’Univeristà di Stoccolma) ma dalle esperienze lavorative presso aziende di spicco del panorama italiano ed internazionale e dai lunghi periodi di lavoro e permanenza all’estero. Vittorio ha una preparazione a 360°. Ha infatti perfezionato la sua preparazione finanziaria presso la filiale lussemburghese di Unicredit e presso una società di consulenza in Svizzera. Ha inoltre vissuto in Svezia e Inghilterra (lavorando per Pirelli in qualità di responsabile Vendite e Trade-marketing), Spagna e Francia.

First of all I would like to thank the Celli family for having invited me to take on the role of Sales Director in Celli S.p.A.: a prestigious appointment in a company that for over thirty years has been the number one company in Italy and a global leader.

After working for some years as the company’s Export Manager, a rewarding period during which I learned a great deal, I was asked to take on this new role with some very important objectives.

We all know that excellent quality and the capacity to innovate are the fundamental and distinctive characteristics of the Celli brand, which has always represented Premium Italian Design with a decidedly international vision. My first objective therefore will be to guarantee and develop these values, ensuring that they are transferred to cutting-edge products that still respect the hallmark tradition of the Celli brand: top quality without compromise.

Another more ambitious goal is to reduce the time-to-market and the production times. With this in mind we have set up a special cross-functional team that identifies critical points and facilitates any necessary changes during the product development phase to reduce both development and

Dopo essermi impegnato per alcuni anni nel ruolo di Export Manager della Società, un periodo ricco di soddisfazioni e decisamente formativo, sono stato chiamato a questa nuova funzione con degli obiettivi molto importanti.

Tutti sappiamo che l’eccellenza qualitativa e la capacità di innovare sono caratteristiche essenziali e distintive del marchio Celli, che da sempre rappresenta il Premium Design Italiano con una visione decisamente internazionale.

Per questo motivo, il mio primo obiettivo sarà quello di garantire e sviluppare questi valori assicurandomi che siano trasferiti in prodotti d’avanguardia nel rispetto della tradizione che da sempre distingue il marchio Celli: altissima qualità senza compromessi.

Un obiettivo ancora più ambizioso è la riduzione del time-to-market e dei tempi di produzione. A questo proposito abbiamo appositamente costituito un team inter-funzionale che individui le criticità e apporti le modifiche necessarie in fasi di sviluppo prodotto per

In this framework of innovation and improvement, we have appointed two new people for the sales area. They have already demonstrated their acquisition of those technical skills that are indispensable in helping the most demanding customers and for spreading the values of the Celli brand throughout the world: quality, design, respect for the environment and the people with whom we work every day.

Many of our customers are already coming to appreciate the new modus operandi of this new sales team: a constant and open discussion to share and provide the right answers at the right time.

The initial results are very promising. In 2012 new markets were opened up and new distributors appointed. With a presence in almost 100 countries throughout the world, we have succeeded in countering the effects of the serious economic crisis and we expect to close 2012 with great results.

When individuals and the company grow together, when the results are substantiated and customers are happy, then that is the time to celebrate success. I am sure that together we will be able to attain these goals.

Luca Faedi Luca Faedi, an electronic engineering graduate, has been working with CELLI for 11 years in various areas of the company. Initially as the person in charge of Quality Control and the Laboratory, then the person in charge of Research and Development to which was added Production in 2012. He has many years of experience as the Lead Auditor of Quality Management, Environmental Systems and Social Responsibility at one of the world’s most important Certification Bodies, and has also been the Quality management Director in a well-known company manufacturing motorcycles. Luca Degrandi Luca Degrandi, a graduate in Administrative Sciences at the University of Milan, began working with Celli in January 2009 as its Purchasing Officer.

He immediately proved himself to be an extremely dynamic and capable person, capacities that allowed him at the end of that very same year to become Operations Planning Manager.

He has many years of experience as the Purchasing Officer in various companies, most significantly at an American multinational operating in the petrochemical/energy sector, involved in designing and producing cooling and heat exchange towers.

An educated person with excellent communication skills, he leads and motivates his staff with charisma. In January 2012 he took on the role of Director of Purchasing and Logistics.

Research & Development and Production Manager Responsabile Area Ricerca e Sviluppo e Produzione Luca Faedi, laurea in ingegneria elettronica, ha maturato in CELLI una esperienza di 11 anni in aree aziendali diverse. Inizialmente come responsabile del Controllo Qualità e del Laboratorio, poi Responsabile dell’Area Ricerca e Sviluppo alla quale si è aggiunta la Produzione nel 2012. Vanta una esperienza pluriennale di Lead Auditor di Sistemi di Gestione della Qualità, Ambientale e della Responsabilità Sociale presso uno dei più importanti Enti di Certificazione mondiale e ha ricoperto il ruolo di Responsabile Gestione Qualità in una nota azienda produttrice di motocicli. In the last issue of Cellinews we talked about FonteAlma, eco-sustainable project from Alma, the Water Division of Celli S.p.A. headed by Gianluca Celli. With dispensing panels, treatment systems (filtering, cooling and carbonating) and water kiosks, Alma is becoming a leading company on the domestic market. Today FonteAlma technology has been used in over 290 installations in Italy (from Valle d’Aosta to Sicily), arousing keen interest also in Europe. Queste colonne sono, infatti, tra le colonne più innovative in termini di design e tecnologia che Celli presenta quest’anno in fiera.

Another possible accessory is the application of an LCD screen on which you can show films and the like (adverts, videos, etc.).

On the taps you can install customised knobs that can be lit without any wires, an innovation that can be provided upon request also for other towers in the Celli range.

Sui rubinetti si potranno montare pomelli personalizzati da illuminare senza cavi, un’innovazione applicabile naturalmente su richiesta anche su altre colonne della gamma Celli.

The new Lotus Plus tower, is, together with the Alaska model which we will speak about later, the ultimate stylish look of the new Celli towers.

These towers are, in fact, among the most innovative towers in terms of design and technology that Celli is presenting this year at the trade fair.

Lotus Plus, in fact, does not just have an original style, derived from the Lotus range, but it also has all the technological requisites for being defined a Hi-Tech product.

This tower is made of aluminium and stands out from the others because the tap support can be replaced and easily interchanged; it is therefore an extremely versatile tower, (from 4 to 6 beer or

As we said previously, also for this tower there are customisable knobs illuminated with wireless technology.

One of the options that will soon be available is an LCD holder to be installed on the top of the tower on which you can scroll the product brands you can dispence, and this system will be equipped with two LED at the base to light up the iced or customised part.

In this variant the Cobra Plus 2 tower has an illuminated badge holder that rotates, the movement attracts the attention of the customers to the brand, and eventually allows two brands to be promoted on a single badge holder.

The badge holder is lit up with LED light and can be fitted out with lenses carrying 2 different logos, which is useful when there are 2 types of beer being sold.

For the moment this is only available for the Cobra 2 lines, but for large orders we can also provide this on other towers with a compatible shape.

The long tradition in designing and making taps is now a distinctive characteristic of Celli S.p.A., the first company in the world to make the beer tap with a 316 stainless steel compensator: the FC model. This is demonstrated by the certification issued by the German institute SK, obtained way back in 1995.

This type of tap has over the years become one of the most imitated in the world, but the uniqueness of the original has remained unchallenged, also because of the improvements made over the years (covered by international patents), like for example the compensator with 2 holes and the protected pawl and the exclusive design.

Over the years Celli has been successful in presenting the market with a huge range of taps, both stainless steel and brass and plastic, with and without a compensator, which can satisfy the most diverse requirements (FC4, Globus, Celtic and Mini Celtic).

Once again the company intends to surprise the market with the new taps Globus/G, Globus/B and Globus S.

In the design phase importance was given not only to the design but also the operation and ease of use. All the parts of the Globus (G/B/S) taps, in fact, can be dismantled to allow for regular maintenance and cleaning, and to prevent dripping when the drink has been pulled they have a drainage hole.

To cover all market requirements three types of taps have been made: GLOBUS /B (fig. A) is the tap dedicated to the global market with the classic vertical lever.

GLOBUS/S (fig.B) for the Spanish market and/or for Spanish beers with a bottom spout and horizontal lever on the left and on the right (which can be modified using a pin on the inside) GLOBUS/G (fig.C) for the German market and/or German beers with a front spout and horizontal lever (which can be reversed as in the S version), as the German tradition requires.

Each model has a version with or without a compensator.

The body of the tap is available in brass with a nickel-plating treatment with a chrome or gold finish; by 2013 a stainless steel body version will also be available.

For versions without a compensator there is a stainless steel sleeve and a treated brass body, and with a plastic food-grade liner inside so that the drink is never in contact with the body of the nickel-plated brass tap.

The sleeve will be available with a 5/8” thread or else ½” with a 7mm or 10mm hole inside (German version), and also with John Guest cartridges, the lengths are standard Celli: 35mm, 47mm or 65mm.

All versions with a compensator will be compatible with the sleeve of the FC4 or Celtic range, those without a compensator will be compatible with the sleeve of the Celtic range.

The design of this series of taps is protected by a patent application registration for a Celli S.p.A. model.

In the Lotus Plus and Alaska towers we have seen the possibility of keeping the beer lines cold right up to the tap. We believe this technology is extremely important for those who want to provide their customers with a quality product.

As mentioned earlier, the benefits of the refrigerated taps are numerous: • When pulling the first beer no excessive head is formed • The temperature of the beer is always optimal • The proliferation of bacteria slows down For this reason we have developed a solution that would be suitable also for other towers.

As we can see in the exploded drawing, it has to do with a brass heat exchanger that because it is welded to the recirculation pipe (water or glycol) it allows the cold to be transferred right up to the tap. The big news is that this system allows you to cool the tap without having any condensation on the body of the tower. As we can see in the photo below, the bushing fixed to the body of the tower by means of two front screws is isolated with a thermal cut.

A patent application has been filed for this solution.

The Cold Kit is available upon request on all the BRAHAUS, HAVANA, TUBE, AZUR, WAVE, ZENIT, MOON, ROMANTIC towers and also for the recent EOS T versions.

Abbiamo visto nelle colonne Lotus Plus e Alaska, la possibilità di mantenere le linee birra refrigerate fino al rubinetto. Riteniamo questa tecnologia importantissima per chi è attento alla qualità del prodotto che offre ai propri clienti.

Come già anticipato i vantaggi dei rubinetti refrigerati sono numerosi: • Al momento di spillare la prima birra erogata non si forma eccessiva schiuma • La temperatura della birra è sempre ottimale • Si rallenta la proliferazione batterica.

Per questo motivo abbiamo sviluppato una soluzione che fosse adatta anche ad altre colonne.

Come è possibile vedere nell’esploso, si tratta di uno scambiatore termico in ottone che essendo saldato con il tubo di ricircolo (acqua o glicole) permette il trasferimento di freddo fino al rubinetto. La grande novità è che questo sistema consente la refrigerazione del rubinetto evitando la condensazione del corpo della colonna. Come si può osservare nella foto sotto, infatti la boccola, fissata al corpo della colonna tramite due viti frontali, è isolata con taglio termico.

Per questa soluzione è stata depositata una domanda di brevetto.

Il Cold Kit è disponibile su richiesta su tutte le colonnine BRAHAUS, HAVANA, TUBE, AZUR, WAVE, ZENIT, MOON, ROMANTIC e anche per le recenti versioni EOS a T.

Fleet is made of stainless steel with a power of 5/8 HP (upon request there is also a more powerful version of 1HP), with R134a gas, available with 1 or 2 taps, and is extremely easy to use. Just connect the beer barrel to the system and to the CO2 pipe, connect it to the electrical outlet and you are ready to go! After a few minutes the system will be able to dispense cold beer.

The Fleet system with a differential between the temperature input and output of 15°, has a continual dispensing capacity of 120 lt/h. Fleet is also available in a version with an integrated micro reducer kit.

Il nuovo impianto a secco Fleet è stato pensato per essere utilizzato in occasioni particolari come feste, mezzi mobili, situazioni estemporanee.

E’ un impianto a secco pronto all’uso per la spillatura immediata della birra senza attese. Ciò che lo contraddistingue rispetto agli impianti a secco proposti al mercato fino ad ora è la sua leggerezza e maneggevolezza. Fleet è infatti un impianto potente ma relativamente leggero con due comode maniglie ai lati che ne permettono il trasporto in tutta facilità.

Fleet è in acciaio inox con potenza da 5/8 HP (su richiesta è disponibile anche la versione più potente da 1HP), con gas refrigerante R134a, disponibile da 1 a 2 rubinetti, è un impianto molto semplice da utilizzare. E’ sufficiente collegare il fusto di birra all’impianto ed al tubo di CO2 connetterlo alla rete elettrica ed il gioco è fatto! Dopo pochi minuti l’impianto sarà in grado di erogare birra refrigerata.

L’impianto Fleet con un delta tra temperatura in ingresso e in uscita di 15°, ha una capacità di erogazione continua di 120 lt/h.

Was diese Anlage im Vergleich zu den anderen am Markt angebotenen Trockenkühlern auszeichnet, ist ihr leichtes Gewicht und ihre Handlichkeit. Fleet ist nämlich eine leistungsstarker aber relativ leichter Kühler, mit seinen beiden Griffen an den Seiten lässt er sich bequem transportieren. Fleet ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Seine Leistung beträgt 5/8 HP (auf Wunsch ist auch die leistungsstärkere Ausführung mit 1 HP erhältlich), der Betrieb dieser sehr benutzerfreundlichen Anlage erfolgt mit Kühlgas R134a. Fleet ist mit 1 oder 2 Zapfhähnen erhältlich. Das Bierfass an den Kühler und die CO2-Leitung anschließen und mit dem Stromnetz verbinden, das ist alles! Nach wenigen Minuten fließt gekühltes Bier aus der Anlage.

Compact but effective, the new Tornado Shelf 7 is an addition to the Tornado Shelf range.

TS7 is small but has many useful features. In the first place, it has a tank with 4 cm thick HFC free insulation, an important factor for reducing heat dispersion and for reducing energy consumption. The tank insulation makes it especially suited for working with very low temperature fluids (even -10°C ) and the insulated cover prevents the tank coming into contact with the air and prevents condensation forming inside.

Inside the tank an immersion stirrer guarantees the correct thermal exchange, the cooling unit has a power of ¼ HP and it is possible to equip the machine with 1 or 2 beer coils. Temperature control is entrusted to a digital thermostat, to maintain the temperature it will be necessary to use specific liquid coolants with a fixed freezing point.

TS 7 is therefore suitable for drawing up to two extra cold beers in small spaces without generating heat under the counter. TS 7 is a system with water condensation (recirculation) that can be connected to the primary refrigerator to further cool the beer, without taking up too much space.

TS7 è un impianto dalle dimensioni contenute ma ricco di caratteristiche vantaggiose. In primo luogo ha una vasca con isolamento HFC free spesso 4 cm, fattore importante per ridurre le dispersioni termiche e contenere i consumi energetici. L’isolamento della vasca la rende particolarmente idonea a lavorare con fluidi a temperature molto basse (anche -10°C ) ed il coperchio isolato evita che la vasca sia a contatto con l’aria e scongiura la formazione di condensa al suo interno.

All’interno della vasca un agitatore ad immersione garantisce il giusto scambio termico, il gruppo refrigerante ha una potenza di ¼ HP ed è possibile equipaggiare la macchina con 1 op 2 serpentine birra. Il controllo della temperatura viene affidato ad un termostato digitale, per favorire il mantenimento della temperatura sarà necessario utilizzare liquidi refrigeranti specifici con punto di congelamento fisso. TS 7 è quindi adatto per spillare fino a due birre extra cold in piccoli spazi senza generare calore sotto il bancone. TS 7 è infatti un impianto con condensazione ad acqua (di ricircolo) che permette di essere collegato al refrigeratore primario per raffreddare ulteriormente la birra, senza per questo occupare troppo spazio.

Drink-System Drink System (formerly BIRRA DRINK SISTEM) began in 1986, when Giovanni Pulerà decided to invest his enterprising nature and versatility in a business project. Drink System crossed paths with Celli S.p.A. over 25 years ago. An inevitable encounter since Celli was, and still is, the number one Italian company in the sector for equipment and accessories for drawing drinks, and above all it was a productive encounter since it was based on common business values: professionalism and attention to customer needs.

This common vision has given life to a partnership that still today is renewed with the continual research into innovation and design.

Over time the company has grown with the Pulerà family, acquiring new partners, the sons Marco and Massimo and a few years ago the daughter Chiara, and always seeking more space to contain a continually developing range. The headquarters moved first to Corso Spezia, then to via Monte Cengio in Turin, where in 750 m2 there was space for a new division dedicated to the large machines for self-service company canteens, a computerised warehouse and a room for holding updating courses and demonstrations of the systems. The new generation has kept the attitude of their father, aspiring to other sectors to go alongside dispensing and fitting the

company out to also provide an installation service. From water to ice. The company starts working with Manitowoc Ice. In August 2010 the Piedmont company took another step forward when it moved from the city to the first ring, Vinovo, where the new headquarters is located with about 2000 m2 in a brand new building.

The company also changed name to become DRINK SYSTEM given the ever increasing business in the water and wine sectors and therefore no longer just in the beer sector. Changing the name but not the company’s philosophy, new premises, a new name but... the traditional way of working aimed at quality and customer satisfaction. A history made up of many satisfied customers and design solutions by Celli S.p.A. conceived so as not to disappoint them.

Il percorso di Drink System (al secolo BIRRA DRINK SISTEM) ha inizio nel 1986, quando Giovanni Pulerà sceglie di fare della sua intraprendenza e versatilità un progetto imprenditoriale.

La strada di Drink System si incontra con quella di Celli S.p.A. oltre 25 anni fa. Un incontro inevitabile dal momento che Celli S.p.A. è e resta la prima azienda in Italia nel settore degli impianti e accessori per la spillatura delle bevande, ma soprattutto un incontro fruttuoso poiché basato su valori imprenditoriali comuni: professionalità e attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Questa visione all’unisono ha dato vita a una lunga collaborazione che ancora oggi si rinnova con la continua ricerca di innovazione e design. L’azienda col tempo cresce con la famiglia Pulerà, acquisendo nuovi soci, i figli Marco e Massimo e qualche anno dopo la figlia Chiara, e cercando spazi sempre più ampi per contenere un’offerta in continua evoluzione.

La sede si sposta prima in corso Spezia, poi in via Monte Cengio a Torino, dove in 750 m2 trovano spazio un nuovo comparto dedicato ai grandi impianti per mense aziendali self-service, un magazzino computerizzato e una sala per corsi di aggiornamento e impianti dimostrativi.

La nuova generazione mantiene il carattere del padre, aspirando ad altri settori da affiancare a quello del dispensing e attrezzandosi per offrire anche un servizio di installazione.

Dall’acqua al ghiaccio. L’azienda inizia a collaborare con Manitowoc Ice. Nell’agosto del 2010 ulteriore passo in avanti per l’azienda piemontese che si sposta dalla città alla prima cintura, Vinovo, dove nasce la nuova sede di circa 2000 m2 in una struttura di nuovissima costruzione.

L’azienda cambia anche nome per diventare DRINK SYSTEM vista la sempre più grande attività nei settori di acqua e vino e quindi non più solo nel campo birraio.

Collesi chooses EOS Celli The brewery Tenute Collesi, a producer of excellent craft beer, has decided to start and distribute also its own draught beer. For this important step it decided to look for an elegant and visually striking tower that would reflect the quality of the product itself. They decided on the customised EOS model, thanks to its eclectic nature which lends itself to the blue vitreous version that echoes the colour of the Cellesi logo, and on which the Italian flag has been highlighted. For the Apecchio brewery, a towering name in the world of craft breweries in Italy, which over the years has collected numerous international awards and recognitions, this is certainly another winning choice!

Collesi sceglie EOS Celli Il birrificio Tenute Collesi, produttore di birre artigianali d’eccellenza, ha deciso di iniziare a distribuire la propria birra anche alla spina. Per questo importante passo ha scelto di muoversi alla ricerca di una colonna di grande impatto ed eleganza che andasse a rispecchiare la qualità del prodotto stesso. La scelta è caduta dunque sul modello EOS, personalizzata, grazie all’ecletticità a cui si presta la versione in vitreous, di colore blu, a richiamare la tonalità stessa del logo Collesi, e su cui è stata messa in risalto la bandiera italiana. A new brewery in Cambodia On May 14, 2012 a few kilometres from the capital Phonm Penh in Cambodia, a new brewery was inaugurated: the Khmer Brewery. This was an extremely important event for the country, in that it was a new national brewery which would produce the Cambodia beer.

In just a short period of time this new business has been able to gain a large share of the market. The success of this business is not just a source of patriotic pride, the excellent results have been obtained thanks to the decisions made previously by the management in creating this factory, to the most advanced machinery and equipment. For the beer production, for example.

German machinery was bought, without giving preference to low cost products; the result is a high standard of quality that could only meet with a positive response from the market. The success went beyond expectations, in fact just one year has passed since its founding and they are already thinking about doubling the size of the factory to meet demand.

Una nuova birreria in Cambogia Il 14 maggio 2012 a pochi km. dalla capitale Phonm Penh in Cambogia, si è celebrata l’inaugurazione di una nuova birreria: la Birreria Khmer. Un evento importantissimo per la nazione, in quanto si tratta di una nuova birreria nazionale nella quale viene prodotta la birra Cambodia.

In poco tempo questa nuova realtà è riuscita ad accaparrarsi una rilevante quota di mercato. Il successo di questa attività non è solo una questione di orgoglio patriottico, gli ottimi risultati sono stati ottenuti grazie alle scelte fatte a monte dal management nella creazione di questo stabilimento, all’avanguardia sia nei macchinari che nella selezione qualitativa degli impianti.

Per la filiera di produzione della birra, ad esempio, sono stati acquistati impianti prodotti in Germania, senza privilegiare prodotti a basso costo; il risultato è uno standard qualitativo elevato che non poteva che ottenere dei riscontri positivi sul mercato. Il successo è stato al di sopra delle aspettative, infatti dalla nascita è trascorso poco più di 1 anno e si pensa già di raddoppiare lo
