In over 40 years of history, Celli has become the leading company in Italy and the global reference in the field of beverage dispensing equipment and accessories.

Today Celli products are exported to more than 90 countries, from Japan to Turkey, from China to Australia. The refrigeration system for beverages, the towers, the taps and the full dispensing equipment range are designed, manufactured and tested at our 10.000 sq. m. factory in Rimini - Italy.

Frigotecnica Celli was born in 1974 in Rimini as a service of assistance for refrigerating equipment. From this Celli brother’s direct experience on field arises the comprehension of client’s needs. The transformation and development into a managerial company of high level emerges from the ability to work as a team, with passion, experience and absolute devotion. Celli S.p.A acquires LAM S.r.l., specialized in producing and processing steel plates.

Celli Asia is established to strengthen Celli’s presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Celli S.p.A. decided to enhance its focus on water consumption and developed its water division into a business unit operating through the brand Alma.

Celli S.p.A. decide di focalizzarsi maggiormente sul consumo d’acqua e sviluppa la water division in una business unit che opera con il marchio Alma.

2012

Celli enriches its manufacturing division through the installation of two new in-house charging stations with regard to eco-friendly refrigeration gases, R290 (Propane) and R744 (carbon-dioxide).

Celli implementa il proprio reparto produttivo con due nuove stazioni di carica interne per i gas refrigeranti ecologici R290 (Propano) e R744 (CO2).

2013-14 Consilium, the private equity fund, enters the company. New managers start working side-by-side Celli’s historical owners in steering the company towards a new cycle of development.

In 2014, the company posted revenues to the tune of € 40 millions.

Celli has always believed in tecnological innovation. The company was the first ever to devise and patent a beer tap featuring a stainless steel compensator, the most used worldwide. And today it is able to remotely monitor its equipment as well as serve extra-cold beers devoid of any others refrigerants. Design, patent and innovate every day is the result of significant investments in Research and Development Laboratory, which provides Celli’s partners the contribution of a dedicated team of engineers, designers and developers that works with the most important Italian universities on strategic innovation projects. Pioneers in sustainability.

Manufacturing beverage dispensing equipments means accepting the challenge of providing products that are always more capable of protecting the environment.

For Celli, reducing the environmental impact is an important and fundamental commitment, started in the early 80s and witnessed by the choice of 1992 to eliminate, first in Italy, Chlorofluorocarbons from all refrigeration circuits. Today Celli is the first company to equip itself with an in-house charging station for refrigerant gases CO2 and Propane, with a very low GWP index, long before legal obligations.

Pionieri della sostenibilità.

Produrre impianti per la spillature di bevande significa accettare la sfida di fornire prodotti sempre più capaci di rispettare l’ambiente.

Per Celli ridurre l’impatto ambientale è un impegno importante, fondamentale, cominciato già nei primi anni ‘80 e testimoniato dalla scelta del 1992 di eliminare, primi in Italia, i Clorofluorocarburi da tutti i circuiti refrigeranti. Oggi Celli è la prima azienda a dotarsi di una stazione di carica interna per i gas refrigeranti CO2 e Propano, dal bassissimo indice di GWP, molto prima degli obblighi di legge.

Alma, the water in love with the e New demands and market opportunities have led Celli Group to transfer its knowhow in the field of water dispensing equipment. This gave birth to Alma, the water division of Celli that designs and manufactures water dispensers for the community, for houses and offices, professional activities and the world of catering and food services.

Stylish and functional, Alma Dispensers valorizes tap water of the water network, making it pure, available at room temperature or cooled, still or sparkling.
