Every inaction in this world matters. When you “do” there is always a ripple effect. Sometimes the ripples are small sometimes they are large. It is easy to forget when one is busy with ones individual life that you are touching other humans lives all the time. It is even easier to forget that there are many sentient beings on this world and that you touch their lives as well.

It is like sleep walking in life, you get up, have a cup of coffee while getting ready for your day at work, brush your teeth and rush out the door. In your car you are in a rush to get to work, the traffic may be holding you up and once you arrive at work

it is all about your duties to your paycheck and some interaction with coworkers. Routine.

Now this entire routine is very different when we do it with awareness.

With awareness you become ‘aware” of your actions and reactions.

You become aware of how you are impacting

your world around you and yes you become aware of how your world is impacting you.

Awareness is the key to change. If you are aware of how many different ways you are taken care of, how many little miracles take place in your life, than be aware that you are an extension of the universal consciousness. Do not count your blessings, act on your blessings and share this wealth with kindness to others.

In this case we would say simply “do” for the

sake of “doing”. No strings attached, no expectations. Let the divine flow through you to those who may be in need. If all extended what they perceive as blessings in their lives to others, the globe would be a very different place.

September 21st is the International day of peace, everyone talks about wanting to have world peace, we dream of having peace in the planet, in our families.

However, most of us are at war, we have an internal war, due to disharmony between our true desires and our false beliefs, between our relationships, between what we want and what we do, etc.

Most of us think that we are at peace , that we want peace, and on the other hand, when someone cut us in front while driving, we get really angry and sometimes violent. We are carrying violence inside of us and until we change this within ourselves, we cannot achieve peace, Mahatma Gandhi called us to: "Be the change you want to

If you can imagine the war, anger and violence as a darkness poisoning the lives of the humans in the planet. The more we dive into these emotions the more darkness we create, and the cycle keeps on going. Wanting peace is great, and it is a honest desire of our heart, peace is our natural state of being. Remember " without action, you aren't going anywhere" - Mahatma Gandhi. What is your action? How can you contribute to world peace?

Peace is a state of harmony, when everything flows you are at peace, and you are vibrating har-

moniously within your life. When you achieve this harmony you can transfer that frequency and affect those around you. When you are vibrating in the frequency of peace the people that you are attracting are already vibrating the same frequency and the energy is amplified, people that become in contact to this frequency are affected one soul at a time. This creates a ripple effect and more and more are attune to Peace.

When more than 51% of the humans in the planet reach the state of Peace then the rest of humans will have no choice but tune in the same frequency, and there will be peace on earth.
