General Dealer Information

- Always show CLEAR HANDS

When leaving the table or when it is necessary to move hands from above the area of the table or the body Before accepting cash or chips from a guest. After dropping cash or paper work in the drop box Make it habit show clear hands all the time.

- Buy-ins or Changing chips/money from $300 or $500 with CMGR approval and above, all to be checked by a supervisor.

- Handover to incoming dealer with basic introduction, thank you and table and the limit along with any relevant information that might be pertinent.

- NO PROMO CHIPS TO BE PLAYED WITH THE MATCH PLAY.

- Never take out chips from the float on a dead game without supervision from any of the suits.

- Never turn your back to the chip float and refrain from turning back from the table i.e. pushing the table chairs in etc.

- No turning back to talk to the dealer from another table example from BJ2; UTH1 & BJ3

- Seats are for players only but use your judgment when quiet. As long as you inform the guest politely and during first contact that they can sit for the time being but once the casino because busy they will need to stand. The only exception to this rule is on Texas Hols'Em whereby seat are for players only which includes players who where knocked out of a tournament, they must stand up from the table.

- Never pay a winning bet with a losing bet.

- No phones, bags etc. Only chips and drinks on the table NOTHING ELSE

- Please keep up your excellent PR but you must maintain an adequate game pace Must balance PR and game pace.

Table Buy-ins /Cash-outs

Do not accept or pass cash and/or chips from his/her hand to the guest and vice versa. Cash buy-ins must be spread on the table to the left (in front of the dealer), in across way by 20’s in full view of the player and suits.

Opening Shuffle

When new decks of cards are issued from the Cash Desk it is the Dealer's responsibility to check all the cards are present and as should be for a live operation.

1. The cards are removed from the shoe and separated into separate decks.

2. Spread each deck individually and check for complete decks.

3. Check the front and back of the cards for any marks or irregularities.

4. Chemmy shuffle the eight decks together alternating direction to avoid clumping for approximately 2 minutes. Standing up to perform this task is the preferred method

5. Once done split and organize the cards in to two equally sized stacks and follow the regular shuffling procedure for live game.

Live Game Shuffle

1. Remove the remaining cards from the shoe or discard and place them on top pf the cards in the discard holder.

2. Bring all eight decks out of the discard holder and break in half to form two separate stacks.

3. Rotate the right hand stack 180 degrees.

4. Take approximately 1/2 - 3rd of a deck from each stack and shuffle together. Place them in the center to form a third stack.

5. Beginning with the stack on the left shuffle an equal amount of cards together with the cards from the center. Repeat this procedure alternating with the stack on your right until all cards have been shuffled.

6. Once again break the stack in half and shuffle together and place the shuffled cards on top of one of the cutting cards.

7. Bring the shoe to the center of the table and use the side to push all of the cards together.

Dealing Procedures

1. Players can play two hands, but one must be blind.

2. Players can make a bet of the following bet combinations to receive their cards:

- Pairs Plus alone (table minimum)

- 6 Card Bonus alone (in this case must be same table minimum bet as Pairs Plus/Ante)

- Pair Plus with 6 Card Bonus

- Pair Plus with Ante

- Pair Plus with 6 Card Bonus and Ante

- Ante alone

- Ante with 6 Card Bonus

- One player cannot play two hands with Pair Plus or 6 Card Bonus bets only; one spot HAS to have Ante with Pair Plus played, the 6 Card Bonus is optional.

3. The dealer will place all blind hands under the nearest bet to the dealer whether the Trips or Ante bet.

Dealing Procedures

1. When the ball is slowing (about 3 spins before it drops), call "no more bets", in a loud and clear voice and sweep the layout. Do not watch the wheel while the ball is dropping, look at the layout.

2. No Playing or Shuffling of color chips.

3. Pay as with a decent amount of color chip unless they ask for cash chips.

4. Never use losing chips on paying winning bets

5. If you hit a large number on Roulette or think a players has a big payout coming their way then please call a Suit ahead of time and not when you have the payout in front of you.

Dealing Procedures

Tournament

1. Sign up at the casino cage

2. Each player will receive a card for a specific tournament which will have the allocated seat on. The butting will start from the dealers left number one spot.

3. Prizes are for first and second unless a split is decided but always call a supervisor beforehand.

Cash Game

1. First come first serve.

2. Sign up sheets are at managers discretion.

3. There are different pot rake amounts depending on the game blinds. The rake is 10% of the pot. $1/$2 maximum rake is $15 and $2/$5 the maximum rake is $25 and finally the $5/$10 game the maximum is $50.

4. Players cannot take money off their stack and place in their pocket or give to someone else. All chips on the table are part of the game unless the player chooses to leave.

5. If a player leave the game but has left his chips because he plans to return his seat will only be held for one total round or total 10 hands?

6. No promotional chips can be used in this game.

Shuffle

1. Burning of cards - The first card is drawn and placed face up to show value/total.

2. The corresponding numbers of cards are burnt. When all the cards to be burnt have been placed face down below the first card. No more than five cards may be arranged in a row, i.e., for a picture card you would have 2 rows of 5 cards.

Super six games we allow '3 free hands' at the very begining of the show. Commission game such as squeeze $300 minimum and above can vary based on a pre sail agreement between Casino and a Junket rep with the general agreement being '13 free hands' at anytime during the shoe.

Tipping Procedures

1. If a tip is given, but not placed as a bet, the dealer may not place this as a bet and must drop the tip in the tip box.

2. If a tip is played/bet for the dealer then the tip will win and lose with the players bet or with the outcome of that hand/roll.

3. All tips played by the guest cannot exceed the combined table limit maximum bet , The combined box max will be the players bet + the tip played, for example if a player bets $275 on a $300 box maximum then the maximum tip that can be played will be $25 to total the $300 box max. Same if a guest is playing $100 on a number on roulette thye cannot play for the dealer on the same number.

4. Tips cannot be played on Lucky Ladies or 6 card bonus.

5. Tips can be collected and stacked on the Roulette Wheel or next to the plunger on all card games. This option is solely there for accumulation of smaller denomination chips to avoid multiple fills along with assisting counting the tips at the end of the evening. Please keep this accumulation of chips in and around $100 maximum i.e., 25 x $1 chips, 5 or 10 x $5 chips, 4 x $25 chips or a

Auditors will look for each denomination being cut down separately at the cash desk and at the table, correct signatures in place and handling of the paperwork. Auditors also checking if the dealer places the high denomination chips in the trays first and drop the paperwork down the box. Finally, Casino Supervisor and Runner are present at the table until the chips are away and the fill is complete. Remember, start with the highest denomination when placing them to the float or chips tray.

2. Dealer removes chips and stacks on table.

3. Supervisor records values on Float Sheet.

4. Dealer calls back figures so Supervisor can verify recorded figures.

5. Dealer reviews Float Sheet to chips and verifies before verifies and cross checks on the Bravo tablet before signing and placing the chips away.

6.. The supervisor will preform an inventory on the Bravo system.

Closing Procedures

1. Supervisor assign him/herself to the table in bravo.

2. Dealer removes chips and stacks on table.

3. Supervisor records values on Float Sheet.

4. Dealer calls back figures so Supervisor can verify recorded figures.

5. Dealer reviews Float Sheet to chips and signs.

6. Supervisor enters values into tablet (inventory) - this should be done together with dealer calling back the chips, otherwise it loses its purpose when there will be no papers.

7. Dealer verifies tablet figures to Float Sheet - dealer should verify figures to actual chips at the table.

8. Verifier called over to verify

9. Verifier compares tablet to Float Sheet and signs Float Sheet.

10. Dealer closes the table in the Pit Watch by verifying all chips and presses save.
