would like to start by thanking you for the warm reception on the new e-mag. Your support is much appreciated. Since last week, the Lamborghini Newport Beach Magazine is available for free on the App Store, Amazon.com, Google Play and Windows store. Check it on your smartphone or tablet. This month, our featured vehicle is the Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster. Compared to the Murcielago, Lamborghini has significantly improved the design of the removable top. Putting the top on or putting it away in its specially-designed storage compartment is now a quick and easy process. This almost turns the Aventador Roadster into a perfect daily driver! February 2014 marks a new chapter for Lamborghini Newport Beach customers as we prepare to show the Huracán LP 610-4 for the first time here in Orange County to interested parties at the end of the month. The anticipation has been rapidly growing after we installed the Huracán configurator in our showroom. It is now time to see the new bull in person. Grazie Mille! SPORTINESS AND ELEGANCE The Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster is a completely open vehicle with sleek lines combining perfectly balanced sportiness and elegance. The design is the result of a careful study into the best way of combining performance, elegant style, ease of use and a driving experience that excites all five senses.
THE POWER AND THE BEAUTY The engine hood on the Roadster differs from the hood on the coupé because of its central “spinal column” with two pairs of hexagonal windows connected at the sides as if they were hyper-tech armor plates. Their purpose is to cool the engine, drain off rain water properly and, of course, allow the beauty of the V12 power unit to be admired.
NO COMPETITION The Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster boasts record performance. It accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in only 3 seconds at and has a maximum speed of some 217mph. These numbers, combined with a drive train featuring a centrally located, 6.5 liter aspirated V12 generating 700 hp, an ISR 7-speed gearbox and push-rod suspension make the Aventador Roadster a unique super sports car with no direct competition.

STYLISH ELEGANCE The range of colors has been supplemented with a very light, metallic blue color, Azzuro Thetis, whose tone varies with the angle of the light and recalls the shade of the extraordinarily beautiful 1968 Miura Roadster. The Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster also features new Dione 20"/21” rims with a daring, aggressive look.
MADE IN SANT’AGATA BOLOGNESE Even the interior has a new look. The use of leather called Sabbia Nefertem highlights the superb hand-made craftsmanship of the upholstery from Sant’Agata Bolognese.

ver the past few weeks, the Lamborghini configurator installed in our showroom has been the center of attention. Who wouldn’t get excited about creating the Huracán of their dreams before their eyes? Starting with a selection of 19 different paints including solid, metallic, pearl, and matte finishes, the configurator lets you choose your wheels, interior fabric, interior color, engine bonnet, style package, and much more. At the end, over 270 million different combinations are available making each Huracán unique. We played with it too and combined the results in the video below. Feel free to stop by our showroom to create your own.
A week before the official unveiling of the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 at the Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini Newport Beach is inviting customers and interested parties to VIP previews to discover the Huracán in person. From Wednesday February 26th to Saturday March 1st, a series of 16 private events will take place in Orange County 5 miles from our showroom. EVENTS FEBRUARY 2014 SUPERCAR SHOW
A
cross the nation, blizzards and freezing temperatures are the norm at the moment. Luckily here in Southern California, we don’t have to worry about that weather. We are privileged to be able to drive our super cars year-round with the top down. When others are prepping to have their supercars hibernate for the winter, we look forward to clear skies and open roads to stretch the lungs of our V10’s and V12’s. The clear skies on Saturday February 1st were ideal conditions for our local supercar owners. From 8:30AM all the way through 11:00AM, you could hear in the distance the various high-strung motors making their way to our dealership. As always with our supercar shows, there were many high caliber supercars for every type of automotiveenthusiast lover. Whether you be into the torque-monster Vipers, squealing Ferrari’s, or buzzing Lamborghini’s, there were many to choose from. Below are just some examples of the various supercars in attendance.

T
he Lamborghini Club America was founded in 1975 by a few Lamborghini owners wanting to share their experiences through a club magazine and get together at various events around the country. Today, the Lamborghini Club America is an institution! Under the Presidency of Andrew Romanowski since 2010, the Club has grown impressively — the club’s magazine, La Vita Lamborghini reaches over half of the Lamborghini owners in North America. The Club offers great networking opportunities within the Lamborghini Family and information about local and national special events throughout the year, including the famous Serata Italiana Gala dinner taking place during Monterey Week — every year this is the largest gathering of Lamborghini owners in the country. Members also receive the quarterly Club Magazine “La Vita Lamborghini”, full of resources and information for Lamborghini owners.
