Dealer emails order to Kith Kitchens.
A Kith cover sheet is required.
Order is processed by customer service at Kith Kitchens. Allow 24-48 hours for order entry and engineering to process the order.
Acknowledgement is emailed back to the Dealer.
We will email the acknowledgement to the email address on your account.
Dealer thoroughly checks acknowledgement. Reply back to the acknowledgement email with any revisions or your approval.
Once the order is correct, Dealer signs off via email.
All sign-offs should be via email. We can’t accept verbal signoffs.
Order is released to production.
No changes can be made at this point
The deadline for submission is one day prior to your cut-off. You are encouraged to submit orders as soon as they are prepared.

• All orders must be submitted with the appropriate cover sheet. (Kith, Eudora, KithONE)
• Each cover sheet must be accompanied by either a handwritten order, a 2020 or ProKitchens items list or quote.
• A separate order must be submitted for each different color, door style, or construction change.
Typically, you will receive your acknowledgement within 24-48 hours after it is submitted.

If there are questions on an order, we will call you. Until all the questions are answered, the order will not be entered and your acknowledgement will be delayed.
Order acknowledgements will be emailed as soon as they are cleared by credit – an automatic process. If your account is past due 30 days on prior orders, your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified via email.
In order to ensure standard lead time, all acknowledgments must be confirmed via email or fax based on the order cut-off time chart for your geographic location. Orders confirmed after your cut-off may extend your lead time by one week.
Monday cut-off includes any areas west of the gray states.
It is recommended that orders be submitted no later than one day prior to your cut-off day and two days prior if you have specials that will require engineered drawings.
For standard orders, your order will deliver by the Friday of the ship week shown on your acknowledgement.
In the example to the right, an order that was confirmed by noon on Tuesday, May the 1st with a requested ship week of May 28 would arrive by Friday, June 1st.

When will I receive my expedited order?
For expedited orders, your order will be available to ship via FedEx or LTL in 10 working days after you have confirmed your order.
There are no cut-off days for Expedited Orders
Order Confirmed
Expedited orders will receive an expedite charge.
For example, an order that was confirmed on Tuesday May the 1st would be scheduled to ship via FedEx or LTL by Tuesday, May 15th.
Expedited orders are limited to no more than 8 pieces and only two of those pieces can be cabinets.
Face panels, wainscot panels, utility cabinets, doors that exceed 60” in height, and special cabinets cannot be ordered under the Expedited Program and will ship on the next available truck after the build date.
On the order form cover sheet, you may choose from the following shipment methods for expedited orders.
Common Carrier (will ship via FedEx Ground or Freight depending on the actual product being ordered)
Our Truck (will ship on the next available Cycle Truck after the build date)
All Tall Cabinets and Panels must ship on the next available truck after the build date. They are too large to ship common carrier safely.
Be sure you are selecting “expedited” on the cover sheet.
How will I be notified of my shipment?
Your acknowledgement will tell you what week to expect your shipment to arrive.
One week prior to shipment, our shipping department will email you to let you know what day to expect arrival of your shipment (either to your warehouse or a designated 3rd party shipping company). This confirmation will have your PO number on it. You need to email back and confirm this date.
On the day of delivery, our driver will call you with a one-hour window for delivery.
For 3rd party delivery services such as Werner Final Mile, the 3rd party shipping company will call you within 24hrs from when they receive the shipment to arrange the forwarding of the materials to your customer.

Job-Site Delivery
Minimum of $250, pricing will be on the acknowledgement.
