Mindfulness Moment: "The Gratitude Tree" In a recent mindfulness activity, students explored the concept of gratitude and its importance in their lives. They were encouraged to reflect on the things they are thankful for, which led to the creation of a "Gratitude Tree." Each student drew a tree, and on the leaves, they wrote down the things they cherish most in their lives. This activity not only helped students appreciate the positives in their lives but also fostered a sense of mindfulness and thankfulness.

Imaginarium In this week's Imaginarium column, we are excited to feature a thoughtful piece by Abdur Rehman from Grade 5B. He shares his reflections on the meaning of gratitude and highlights the aspects of his life for which he feels most thankful. Through his writing, Abdur Rehman offers a personal and heartfelt perspective on what it means to appreciate the good things in life.

“I am most grateful for my family because they help me in everything. They help me do my homework. They heal me when I get hurt. They buy me the things that I want and they always solve my problems. They take me to other countries. They take me to nice restaurants. They take me to the movies. They pick me up from school.”
