Cecillia Hailey
Cecilia Hailey’s journey in education is rooted in a family tradition of teaching. Raised by a mother and five aunts who were all educators, she was naturally drawn to the field. She pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from Arizona State University. She later earned a Master's Degree in Health Education and Advanced Schooling from the University of Arizona’s Graduate College. She also attended Morehouse School of Medicine for one year, expanding her knowledge of medical sciences.

She has earned recognition for her ability to teach reading effectively to a wide range of learners. Her teaching style combines a structured approach with creative lesson planning, allowing students to improve their literacy skills steadily. Her curriculum designs have served as a benchmark for other educators seeking to develop engaging and productive teaching methods.
Professionally, Hailey was a Science and Health Professor, creating courses to improve nutrition, weight management, and anxiety relief. She taught online health education classes focused on public health, wellness, and disease prevention for almost a decade. These courses were based on research and evidence-based practices. Animals, especially horses, hold a special place in her life, and she shares her home with a Great Dane named Muhammad Ali.
