Recognizing parents as a child’s first and most influential teacher, Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) programs provide a wide range of classes and resources for families with children from birth to age 3. These programs support the development of healthy families and lay the foundation for parental involvement and children’s success in school.

Non-separating: Parents and children stay together for the duration of class.
Gradually separating: In a gradually separating class there is no separation during the first class. After the first class the amount of separation time can vary and is determined by the needs of the children and parents.
Separating classes: After free-play and circle time, parents leave the classroom to join the Parent Educator in a group discussion.
Sibling care
We offer sibling care for children (ages 0-5 not yet in kindergarten) while parents/guardians are attending class with another child. Registration is required for sib care. All daytime ECFE classes offer sibling care unless noted. Classes starting 4:30 PM and later do not offer sib care.
