Battle of the Bands on the Battlefield at Battle of Lexington State Historic Site 1101 Deleware | Lexington, MO 64067 This event will begin when the first notes. Two bands will replace the soldiers of the North and South. Perry Beam and the Franklin Hole Band and the Bucket Band will fight for dominance of the battlefield. Each band will have one hour to convince you to cheer for their side. The cheers of the crowd will determine the victor of the battle. The first notes will be fired at 7 p.m. and the winner will be declared at 9 p.m. Come out, bring your chairs, find your spot, and make your cheers count for the winner. Your side is counting on you.
