YINGST RESIDENCE
This residential project showcases a modern minimalist design that embodies clean lines, simplicity, and modern elegance. The architecture prioritizes open spaces and functional layouts, creating a harmonious blend of form and function. The design employs a neutral color palette, natural light, and high-quality materials to enhance the sense of tranquility and sophistication.
Key features include large, unobstructed windows that connect the interior with the natural surroundings, sleek fixtures, and minimalistic furnishings that emphasize the beauty of simplicity. The outdoor spaces are designed to be an extension of the indoor living areas, promoting a seamless flow between nature and home.
This project aims to create a serene and aesthetically pleasing environment, perfect for contemporary living. It balances modern design principles with practical elements, making it a perfect sanctuary for those who appreciate understated luxury and refined elegance.
The slightly sloping terrain adds a dynamic element to the site, allowing for innovative and thoughtful design solutions.
The combination of traditional vernacular design and modern construction techniques ensures that the development is both visually appealing and resilient, providing a perfect blend of past and present in a secure and serene setting.
To finalize the plans for their highly anticipated residential development this collaborative meeting marked a significant milestone in the project, where innovative design ideas and strategic planning were harmoniously aligned.
Following this productive meeting, the project reached another exciting phase with a groundbreaking ceremony. This momentous event celebrated the official commencement of construction and symbolized the transformation of vision into reality.

The facade was created with a modern minimalist approach and a classical touch on the fence, as per the specifications provided by the client. This type of design style was common and popular all over the country, demonstrating the purity and functionality of the structure while reducing construction costs by eliminating ornaments.
02 PIZARRA RESIDENCE
Situated on a small, urban site, the Compact House is a modern residential project meticulously designed for private life and pleasure. With a unique 6-meter-wide frontage serving as the sole entrance and exit, this house maximizes every inch of space to deliver a luxurious yet intimate living experience. The design philosophy centers around simplicity and efficiency, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and style within a compact footprint. The interiors feature clever storage solutions, multifunctional furniture, and open-plan layouts that enhance the sense of space and fluidity. Large windows ensure ample natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Compact House stands as a testament to the idea that luxury and comfort can be achieved in small spaces, making it a perfect sanctuary for those who value privacy and elegance in an urban setting.
The architectural design embraces an open-plan concept, creating a seamless flow between different living spaces. This layout promotes a sense of spaciousness and connectivity, allowing for natural light to penetrate deep into the interior, thereby enhancing the overall ambiance and comfort.
A standout feature of the design is the elegant crescent-shaped stairway, which serves as both a functional element and a striking focal point. The crescent shape creates an inviting transition between levels, adding an element of visual interest and architectural charm.
This project features a luxurious fabricated jacuzzi on the deck, seamlessly integrating relaxation and sophistication into the outdoor living space. The jacuzzi, custom-built to fit the deck’s design, serves as a perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings.

GUSHCLOUD FIT-OUT
The design proposal for the Gushcloud office fit-out focuses on creating a dynamic and inspiring workspace through an industrial design style approach. The aim is to foster creativity, collaboration, and productivity within a robust and aesthetically compelling environment.
The industrial design style is characterized by exposed structural elements, raw materials, and utilitarian features. This proposal leverages these elements to craft an open and flexible office layout. Key features include concrete rendering walls, which lend an authentic industrial charm to the space, and carpet tiles that provide comfort and noise reduction while complementing the overall aesthetic. Metal accents and exposed ductwork further enhance the raw, unfinished look, creating a harmonious blend of ruggedness and modern sophistication.
Functional areas such as collaborative workspaces, private meeting rooms, and breakout zones are strategically placed to encourage interaction and innovation. The use of large, open spaces and minimal partitions supports a sense of openness and transparency, reflecting Gushcloud’s dynamic and forward-thinking culture.
A combination of industrial and minimalist architecture style became the concept of this project. Complying with the client’s preference for an industrial look, which is the same as in one of their existing offices, we make sure the closest material of choice and vibe in the furniture were applied.

04 AGOHO PARISH
The facade redevelopment will breathe new life into the church’s exterior, ensuring it reflects both its historical roots and the aspirations of the parish community. The design will incorporate traditional architectural elements with modern enhancements, using materials that are both durable and aesthetically pleasing. The goal is to create a welcoming and inspiring entrance that embodies the spiritual essence of the church and invites the faithful to gather and worship.
A new bell tower will be constructed as a prominent feature of the church’s redevelopment. The bell tower will not only serve as a visual landmark but also as a functional element, calling the community to prayer and marking significant occasions.
Working on detailed building plans for permits and contractors was one of my project experiences. In addition, I was commissioned to produce a 3D exterior perspective for visualizations.

CONNOR AT GREENHILLS
Connor at Greenhills is an innovative residential hotel and condominium tower that exemplifies modern urban living with a minimalist interior design rich in wooden accents. This project is situated in the vibrant Greenhills area, offering residents the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience.
The interiors are enriched with natural wood elements, providing warmth and a sense of tranquility throughout the living spaces. This use of wood not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and sophisticated living.
Connor at Greenhills represents a new standard in urban living, where minimalist elegance meets practical luxury, creating a sophisticated and serene environment in the heart of the city.

The materials are harmoniously synchronized, ensuring that minor alterations do not compromise the overall ambiance or increase costs. The residential hotel units at Connor at Greenhills are crafted with popular materials and well-thought-out lighting elements, striking a perfect balance of minimalism, luxury, and warmth—all at an affordable price.

By generating shop drawings on-site, the project team can ensure greater accuracy and efficiency, minimizing the risk of errors and rework. This proactive approach facilitates better communication and coordination among all stakeholders, from architects and engineers to builders and subcontractors.
06 RAMPA
This renovation project aims to transform an existing venue into a vibrant and dynamic space specifically designed for drag queen performances. The goal is to create a stunning, functional environment that celebrates the art of drag.
The seating area will be reconfigured to offer clear sightlines and comfortable seating, ensuring every audience member has an excellent view of the performances. The decor will be both stylish and welcoming, with attention to detail that creates a sense of immersion and excitement. The inclusion of VIP sections and private booths will cater to different preferences and enhance the overall experience.
This renovation project seeks to create a premier destination for drag performances, combining cutting-edge design with practical functionality to deliver a space that honors the art form and delights all who enter.
These metal waves capture light and shadow in a way that brings the surface to life, creating a sense of movement and texture that is both captivating and elegant.

07 BRUT RESIDENCE
This project explores the conceptualization of Brutalist architecture within the context of a residential-type building. Brutalism, known for its stark, rugged aesthetic and emphasis on raw materials, is reimagined to create a unique and functional living space that celebrates the style’s bold characteristics while catering to modern residential needs.
The building’s design features the hallmark traits of Brutalism—massive, monolithic forms, and an unapologetic use of raw concrete. The exterior showcases a series of geometric shapes and large, unadorned surfaces that create a powerful visual impact.
Through massing and inspiration from different factors, resulting in a habit. I came up with a serious concept with a very manly approach to express my personality.
A massing that depicts constant form yet progressing volume that was affected by the orentation and variations of sensuous needs, such as the visual aspect.
Straight-to-the-point furniture and arrangement implies functionality and not overdoing the space, which can lead to focused tasks for the inhabitants.
08 PANGASINAN I.T. HUB
The Pangasinan I.T. Hub is envisioned as a multifunctional complex that combines office spaces, co-working areas, research facilities, and event venues. The design prioritizes sustainability, incorporating green building practices and energy-efficient technologies to minimize environmental impact and promote a healthy working environment.
This project aims to be the best in catalyzing digital transformation, and to be the pioneer in the region, and the central point of trade in the north, connecting Manila and other major cities in the Philippines.
This thesis not only addresses the technical and functional requirements of an I.T. hub but also considers the socio-economic context of Pangasinan, aiming to boost local employment opportunities, attract investment, and position the region as a key player in the Philippine technology sector.
The Pangasinan I.T. Hub is a testament to the potential of architecture to drive innovation and progress, creating spaces that inspire and support the next generation of tech leaders and entrepreneurs.
URDANETA CITY BYPASS ROAD (24 m WIDE ROAD)
The shape of the structure is determined by functionality and site-specific considerations. It is created from the permissible building footprint of the lot and was exposed to different alterations, such as rotation and extrusion, to determine the optimal orientation and adaptation on the site for the best view, temperature, and wind.
Because of the linear CBD plan from Brgy. Nancayasan to Brgy. San Vicente, the McArthur Highway is the most crowded road, resulting in considerable traffic. The site’s frontage is served by the newly constructed Urdaneta Bypass Road, which has eight lanes and excellent traffic conditions.
The site’s frontage along the Urdaneta City Bypass Road faces north and receives the majority of its wind from the north-northeast. The sun rises along the Mc Arthur Highway in Brgy. Nancayasan and sets along the Urdaneta City Bypass Road in the direction of Brgy. Palina West.
The property is accessible through the McArthur Highway and the recently constructed Urdaneta City Bypass Road.
The location is located on the flat terrain of Brgy. Sto. Domingo and offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding neighborhood, particularly from the north side of the lot. There are agricultural plains and low-density structures in the vicinity of the location.
