CDC is bringing AI and advanced technology data centre capacity to Western Australia, which will enable the state to play a pivotal role in the future of AI, innovation and security in Australia. The facility is purpose-built to support the growing demand for sovereign, AI-ready infrastructure across government, research, defence, technology and critical infrastructure sectors in Western Australia.

This will be the largest AI and advanced technology data centre in the region, delivering 200MW+ of high-density capacity when complete.

The Maddington Campus is CDC’s first expansion into Perth, adding 200MW+ to our current under construction capacity.
