Welcome to the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival!
I’m Sara Moore, Executive Director of Colorado Dragon Boat, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit proud to bring you this incredible cultural celebration for a quarter of a century. As we mark this milestone year, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you for your ongoing support of the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community and of our mission.
Over the past 25 years, this festival has grown into the largest AANHPI celebration in the Rocky Mountain region and the largest Dragon Boat Festival in the United States—and it’s all because of you, our community.
This weekend, immerse yourself in everything that makes our festival so special:
Savor the flavors of our Taste of Asia Food Courts and enjoy refreshing drinks from our community-run beverage booths. Dance, sing, and celebrate with our incredible local artists performing across three stages. Explore our lively Marketplace, showcasing Asian and BIPOC-owned small businesses. Create memories with your family at Dragonland, where fun meets culture. And of course—feel the adrenaline and camaraderie as you cheer on the dragon boat races all day on Sloan’s Lake.
