Content / Overview This course is for new managers and team leaders looking for an 'instant use' course in managing and leading teams. It is designed to allow students to acquire key management skills and essential knowledge to boost their performance and that of their team. The course and can be taken stand-alone or as part of a Higher Apprenticeship in Business and Professional Administration. On completion, students can go on to top up this Level 4 Diploma to an HND in Management. Following that, students may wish to progress to a full BA Honours degree with a Level 6 'top-up; at Guildford College or elsewhere. For employers this is an ideal way to develop their management team, preparing the business for the future, freeing up senior managers and owners and training a new generation of leaders.
