Hello Northstar homeowners! I may have already had the pleasure of meeting a handful of you, as I worked at the front desk for NPOA throughout the summer. For those I have yet to meet, my name is Bradley Baum and I am proud to have been brought on to be the Community Standards Manager for NPOA.

I grew up in the Bay Area of California, spending most of my time in cities like Vallejo, Santa Rosa, and Walnut Creek. I just recently moved to Reno, Nevada simply because I got married and my wife absolutely loves the mountains (they are growing on me as well). We also just adopted a precious little four legged son named Kodi who naturally loves to eat everything in sight, edible or not. When I was sixteen I had the opportunity to work as an electrical apprentice for a few years under multiple contractors, amplifying my knowledge of construction, home improvement planning, and the inner-workings of electricity. After that I found a passion for language, graduating from William Jessup University with a Bachelor’s in English and Professional Writing. I am looking forward to assisting you in the process of improving your home in any way you wish, making the process both simple and exciting!
