C&C residents are among the most vulnerable people during this pandemic; mostly aged over 55 and living alone, and often with health conditions. With this in mind, we wanted to discover how our residents had been dealing with isolation and loneliness during the past year, across December 2020, C&C employees conducted telephone interviews with 250 of our residents, mainly aged 55 living in our housing schemes to discussed isolation and loneliness during the pandemic.
