OUR MISSION

Thanks to Louann Grothues, the Golf Classic committee, sponsors, donors, golfers, and CCHS staff! The event was led by Chairman Frank Medina ’85, the tournament brought in $72,000!

It!

That $72,000 will fund 21st Century technology tools and infrastructure, including: Kickstart Central’s new eSports Team program (competition using video games), launching in Fall 2022 with 12 varsity players, two coaches, and partnerships with St. Mary’s University and Texas A&M - San Antonio. Central will be the first private high school in San Antonio with a Varsity eSports program

CLASS AMBASSADORS NEEDED!

Membership as a Class Ambassador is a privilege and unique opportunity to work on behalf of Central Catholic High School. Members have the satisfaction of giving back to Central, rekindling old friendships, and cultivating professional networking opportunities. Class Ambassadors should demonstrate leadership among their peers, commit their time, and volunteer on behalf of the school.

Some of the actions of a successful class ambassador include:

• Acting as a liaison between your classmates and CCHS

• Communicating with classmates

• Creating a class Facebook group

• Collecting current and accurate contact information

• Serving on the reunion committee to help plan class reunions every five years.

• Attending an Alumni Association Meeting each year.

We are constantly updating our Alumni Class Ambassador contact list and need your help! We understand that some Ambassadors’ ability to volunteer may have changed over the years, so if you are currently serving as a Class Ambassador, or know someone that we should contact, please let us know and we will update our list.
