Wayne Culbertson appointed Managing Director of Michelin Tyre PLC, taking over from Eric Le Corre Wayne Culbertson took over as Managing Director of Michelin Tyre PLC in August 2013, following five years as Executive Vice President of Personnel and Chief Human Resources Officer for Michelin North America. He joined the Michelin Group in 1974, after gaining a degree in engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina. His 39-year career with Michelin has spanned three continents, with assignments in the United States, France, Northern Ireland and Australia. During that time, he has held various roles in manufacturing, quality management and HR, as well as heading up Michelin’s marketing & sales organisation for the South Pacific region.
