bible study meetings. We believe that salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone. Jesus paid the price for our sins on the cross and rose to life three days later and therefore, we proclaim that the assurance of heaven comes through your knowledge and trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior. HBC puts a high priority on the study of God’s Word, prayer, worship, and building Godly relationships in our families and community. We strive to have an impact on our community through outreach events, facility use, and partnerships with area churches and organizations. We believe that God has gifted each person with special abilities and, through our church and its ministries, we hope to provide all members an opportunity to serve and minister in the name of Jesus. HBC also financially and prayerfully supports sixteen missionary families and organizations throughout the United States, Ireland, East Asia, New Guinea, Cambodia, and Haiti. Hartland Bible Church offers a full schedule of programs on Sunday mornings. The congregation can join for prayer at 8:30am, followed by a breakfast served at 9am. Discipleship Hour (Sunday School) for

adults and children of all ages is at 9:45am. Our contemporary Worship Service begins at 11am. A traditional Sunday morning service includes music, prayer, offering, and a message from Pastor Jonathan Goodwin. Communion is observed on the first Sunday of each month. Throughout the year, holidays and special occasions are celebrated during the Worship Service and special evening events. Nursery, Toddler Church, and Children’s Church provide childcare and a Bible lesson during the 11am Worship Service for infant through 2nd grade children. Sunday evenings from 6 to 7:30pm is a time of Biblical teaching, outreach, and fun for our youth. During this time, HBC also offers and adult prayer and praise meeting. HBC has three youth groups on Sunday evenings: Sparks, for Kindergarten through 3rd grade, Junior Astronauts, for 4th to 6th grade, and Junior/Senior High Youth Group for 7th through 12th graders. The youth groups focus on worship, a bible lesson, games, and community outings. Hartland Bible Church also has ministries especially tailored to the needs of our adult members. Band of Brothers, HBC’s men’s ministry, works to encourage men to have a deeper relationship with Christ, be spiritual leaders in their family, and beacons of Jesus’ love in the community through small groups, community projects, and family events. Seasons, HBC’s women’s ministry, seeks to connect women to form meaningful friendships, serve others, and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through bible studies, community outings, and organizing fun-filled outreach events. The family of Hartland Bible Church would encourage and welcome everyone to join us for Sunday service and church activities. Please visit our website at www. hartlandbible.com and click on our Events Calendar for up-to-date information about the times of our various ministries.
