The most thought-provoking movie house in Houston This year’s theme for Popcorn Theology is superheroes: what characteristics make up a “su- POPCORN perhero,” what THEOLOGY unusual powers Saturday, each of us pos- November 5 sess, and the 6:00 p.m. beauty of being different. As the saying goes, “It’s weird to be normal, but at the same time it’s normal to be weird.” The event kicks off at 6 p.m. with a pizza supper and some movie theater candy. Adults will screen “Birdman” and engage in conversation with Dean Thompson. Youth will enjoy “Guardians of the Galaxy” in the Treehouse.
