FUNDRAISING & ADVOCACY

$39,649.16 REALTOR® Assistance Fund Trust (RAFT) is a trust fund, managed by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, through the Waccamaw Community foundation. The sole purpose is to provide financial assistance to REALTORS®, Affiliates and their immediate families who face financial hardship due to serious or catastrophic illness.

$64,143.53 REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is a nonpartisan committee that supports local candidates who champion legislation that furthers the REALTOR® cause. The majority of dollars raised by RPAC stay within our local community.

RPAC has helped stop county impact fees, fought for legislation that regulates flood insurance and is currently working on measures to regulate area HOAs.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH This year, CCAR has pledged to raise enough money and manpower to build a home within our community for a local family in need. In order to do this, CCAR has a goal of raising the $35,000 required to build the house and make the dream of home ownership a reality for all.

$15,000.00 Savannah's Playground is an enabling playground that features ADA­approved playground equipment and structures designed to provide children of all abilities the opportunity for social interaction.

PropTools provides revolutionary features to anyone needing to search for real estate ownership and property characteristics.
