Once you join your association, you will become a member of the local association, Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR)
A NRDS Number will be created and assigned to you at that point Once you receive that number you will want to create an account at TNrealtors com

>Click “Register”
After the above is complete you will be able to access your transaction forms. You have to take a “New Member Orientation” and a “Code of Ethics” class within 90 days of confirmation of membership.

Transferring agents will receive signs and/or riders equal to the number of active listings they have Agents without listings will receive two signs and/or sign riders at no cost upon transfer

Your front desk manager or broker will provide you with a key that allows access to your office.
