• Exclusive Leasing Management (LM) services are provided by dedicated staff of Landlord Representation (Landlord Rep) team.
• CBRE Landlord Rep department maintains its own databases in a highly classified environment within the company. A firewall is established to prevent unauthorized access from all other departments.
+ A Team that Acts on Behalf of Clients’ Best Interests
• In addition to CBRE brokers, external brokerage agencies are also utilized to maximize leads and prospective tenants. CBRE Landlord Rep team will promote leads/prospective tenants that best align with clients’ interests, and is unbiased towards brokers, whether they are in-house or external brokers.
• CBRE Landlord Rep team represents the clients’ interests at all times and will act in opposition to CBRE Tenant Rep team.
+ Firewall Established at all Levels
• Information on leads and tenants are strictly managed and controlled even within the LM project teams. Information provided by external brokerage agencies will not be disclosed to CBRE brokers even within the LM project teams, and a firewall is established to prevent their access to such information.
