Can God Help Solve Our Problems?
This question reminds me of King David’s comforting words in Psalm 23, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.” David knew that he didn’t have to face any danger alone because he had a deep, personal relationship with God.

When we have that same kind of relationship with Jesus Christ, we can confidently face the storms of life. It doesn’t mean we won’t go through difficulties or trials, but the promise is that we will remain standing. God will sustain us through it all.
Think about all the storms and trials you have faced in your life. Perhaps, there were times that you tried to carry the weight of those burdens on your own, and sometimes, it felt like they knocked you down. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it alone. The Lord hears your prayers. He notices you. He loves you—it’s the kind of love that went all the way to the cross to pay for your sins and secure your future.
Right now, He is more than willing and able to carry your burdens and to fight your battles alongside you.
We can always rely on God’s promises. He assures us in His Word that He will never leave us or forsake us. His Word is powerful and never returns empty, so let’s trust God with our concerns and bring them to Him in prayer. Remember, your life is valuable to God. He values you more than you can imagine. May this message inspire a new beginning for you—where you can experience God’s love, care, and guidance in a fresh way. Lean on Him, trust Him, and let Him help you solve your problems.

for a Child?
For many couples, building a family is one of the greatest blessings of marriage. However, when Katrina Calmona was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), her hopes of conceiving were challenged.

Katrina and her husband tried to conceive but faced disappointment. Witnessing her peers’ pregnancies intensified the pressure and comparisons. Her frustration grew. Despite the emotional turmoil, Katrina patiently waited for an answer to her prayers.
After two years, a positive test result brought temporary joy, but it turned out to be a false positive, devastating Katrina even further. Instead of losing faith, she chose to trust God even more. Watching The 700 Club Asia became a source of encouragement for Katrina and her husband, especially an episode featuring a wife who successfully conceived despite having PCOS, “It uplifted my heavy heart and renewed my hope that if I trust God, He will answer my prayers at the right time.”
As they continued to wait and trust in God, Katrina faithfully supported God’s ministry by donating to CBN Asia, despite her modest salary. Their prayers were answered a year later with a sure positive test result, and they welcomed their daughter, Zoe Bliss.

Through her journey, Katrina learned not to let societal pressure dictate her timeline. She realized the importance of trusting in God’s timing and plan. Beyond the gift of a child, God continued to bless Katrina’s life, enabling her to purchase two properties in the Philippines.
Katrina expresses heartfelt gratitude to The 700 Club Asia for being a source of encouragement during difficult times, and offers inspiring message to couples facing similar struggles, “I believe that God already has a plan for our lives, and in the end, we should be thankful for it.”
Who Heals Broken Marriages
In a marriage plagued by abuse, disrespect, and broken promises, Helen Geronimo felt compelled to make the painful decision to separate from her husband, Napoleon. Years of verbal abuse left her feeling worthless and unstable, devoid of the love and honor she had hoped for in her marriage.
Can you relate to Helen’s pain? When the person you should be able to trust becomes a source of hurt and trauma, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. But take solace in knowing that the Lord sees your sorrow and counts your tears (Psalm 56:8).
Fix your eyes on Jesus, who invites you to find rest in Him and surrender your burdens (Matthew 11:2830). Through God’s guidance, you can overcome depression and hopelessness, just as Helen did.
Helen found solace and support through the CBN Asia Prayer Center, where she felt a sense of family during her painful journey, “When they comforted me, it felt like it was God who was comforting me.”

Even amidst the pain of separation, Helen continued to pray for her husband, “My prayers were not for us to reconcile, but for him to be reconciled with God, for he has lost his relationship with the Lord.”
As she emptied herself before God, a miracle unfolded. Napoleon experienced a personal encounter with the Lord and God began a transforming work in his heart. Realizing his mistakes, Napoleon sought to win Helen’s heart again, displaying a change she had never seen before.
Grateful for God’s miraculous work in their lives, Helen exclaimed, “Thank You, Lord! I never saw my husband like this before. And every day, God is transforming him.”

If you are losing hope in your marriage or family, let Helen’s story ignite hope in your situation. Jesus is the anchor of hope for your soul, and no matter how painful or messy your circumstances may be, God is able to bring restoration and miracles into your life.

a Heart for God A Heart for Missions,
With a heart that beats for the unreached, Joel Cabanes dedicated his entire life to reaching out to people for Christ.

From the age of 13, Joel began reaching out to people for Jesus. His passion for missions was ignited when he watched a film about persecuted Christians and felt a deep desire to serve God wholeheartedly, “We should not be satisfied with being saved. We should also learn to give our lives to God and His Word so other people can be saved too.”
He fearlessly shared the gospel in the lowlands and mountainous regions of Montalban, touching the lives of strangers and planting a church in his own home alongside his wife.

Driven by an unrelenting passion, Joel joined the Asian Center for Missions (ACM) missionary training program. The training equipped Joel for his own missionary journey, and enabled him to train aspiring missionaries in the Philippines. He then collaborated with ACM and other organizations for missions mobilization, “ACM offers the best training. The subjects we tackled were really relevant. They are exactly what missionaries need.”
The training greatly equipped Joel and even his family when they were called to serve God in Vietnam. Despite his strong desire to be on the frontlines, Joel went home and obediently followed God’s leading to equip his fellow Filipinos. To Joel, being a Christian missionary isn’t all about pursuing a dream, but also, fully surrendering to God’s path.
Like Joel, do you have the heart to share God’s love with the unreached?

Sharing God’s Goodness to the
Witness how your generosity has reached our most vulnerable kababayans across the country and beyond. Through your partnership with Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, CBN Asia’s humanitarian arm, thousands of individuals receive God’s comfort, goodness, and hope.
New beginnings for Joel
Joel Dupa and his family thought all hope was lost when Typhoon Yolanda destroyed their home and livelihood. Thankfully, they found a new home in Community of Hope, Operation Blessing’s housing project. He also received livelihood assistance—he is now a dedicated farmer who cultivates string beans, occasionally taking on carpentry work for additional income.

It was years and years of getting back on their feet. That’s why when they finally received the deed of donation of their home, Joel sees it as a symbol of hope, healing, and new beginnings.
“The Community of Hope is a blessing for me and my family. Thank you for helping us rebuild our lives. I’ve never felt more confident than the moment we held the deed of donation in our hands,” Joel said.

New vision for Diokno
Living in the mountainous area of Kitaotao, Bukidnon, 51-year-old Diokno Mambagimbay and his Lumad tribe do not have access to healthcare. When they are ill, going to medical checkups isn’t a priority—they need to spend their hard-earned money to feed their family.

That’s why when he heard about Operation Blessing’s Medical Brigade in their community, Diokno got excited. Finally, he received his first medical checkup, including an eye consultation. During the checkup, the volunteer doctors confirmed that Diokno needs eyeglasses—which he received for free!

“I’m so happy I got my first eyeglasses! This would help me tend my crops more efficiently,” Diokno shared. “To Operation Blessing, thank you for making a way to reach our remote town. This is a memorable experience for our tribe!”

New hope for quake-stunned families in Turkey

“We drove for three hours, and saw destruction and devastation along the way. I was told if we drove for five hours more, we would see the same thing,” CBN Asia EVP-COO John Valdes Tan recalled. Witnessing the urgent need of families affected by the recent earthquake, Operation Blessing flew to Turkey and worked hand-in-hand with church partners to deliver lifesaving relief.
Through this collaboration, thousands of survivors from Hatay Province, Kahramanmaras, Mersin, and Mardin Province received much-needed supplies like food items, hot meals, hygiene kits, and clean water. The disaster response team also offered psychosocial support, children’s activities, and medical assistance.

Local partner, Muammer, expressed deep appreciation for Operation Blessing’s support, “It is very important to work together because we only have few churches in Turkiye. Thank you so much Operation Blessing.”

Gizmo, the beloved robot from Superbook, visited Lipa, Batangas, to spread the love of Jesus to children through an exciting event, Gizmo on the GO! It brought joy and a powerful gospel message to young fans and their families. Children like Ernest Buenviaje, a 10-year-old certified Batang Superbook, enjoyed the event and shared why he loves the show, “I enjoy watching Superbook because it teaches valuable lessons that we can pass on to future generations as we grow older.”

Various stations inside the activity area provided fun and educational experiences, but the highlight of the day was the game Gizmo’s Lab, where Ernest emerged as the winner, “I prayed before playing the game, like how I pray before taking tests in school.”

Gizmo’s heartfelt invitation to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior touched the children’s hearts and many responded with a resounding “Yes!”

Season of Grief
They say there’s no bigger pain than losing a child. Maricel Abarca never imagined that she would live that pain herself. She felt helpless when her firstborn began showing symptoms during the pandemic, and she couldn’t stay by her side as she was still quarantined, “When we rushed her to the hospital, her lungs were already damaged. She had to be intubated because her condition was severe.”
Two days after, the devastating call came, informing Maricel that her child was being revived. Overwhelmed with sorrow, she faced the agonizing decision to let her go, “It was one of the worst moments of my life, deciding to stop the revival attempts. It was extremely difficult, I had no one to talk to, no one to hold onto. I could barely stand,” she recalled.
Maricel questioned her faith, asking why God would take her child from her—her partner in life’s struggles as a single mother. “My faith was shaken. At the age of 24, she had many dreams ahead. I just wanted to follow her, to disappear because I couldn’t bear the pain.”

Consumed by grief, she resorted to stress-eating, neglecting her health and the well-being of her other children.
Amidst her pain, Maricel found comfort through the Tanglaw Devotional App, shared by her cousin, Mae. The Bible verses she read became a refuge for her wounded soul, resonating particularly with the story of Job. She related to Job’s losses and felt as if everything had been taken away from her.

In her darkest hour, her cousin Mae reached out, offering prayers and support. The pain of losing her child never completely vanished, but slowly, Maricel learned to move forward in life. The Tanglaw App became her sanctuary, a place where she found God’s comfort and hope.
“The pain of losing my child has not gone away, but I have learned to cope. The Tanglaw App strengthened my faith in God. I find comfort when I read it. The Word of God refreshes my soul.”
for Healing? Are You Desperate
In such moments, know that Jesus emerges as the ultimate Healer, meeting the desperate needs of all. This truth became evident in the life of RJ Alvarez.
Growing up, RJ believed love was only shown through providing basic needs like food and shelter. His parents’ lack of quality time led him to seek belongingness and attention somewhere else. RJ fell under negative influences of friends.
These influences exposed him to gambling, profanity, pornography, and premarital sex, forever eroding his childhood innocence. Despite this, RJ excelled academically and pursued his dream, working as a tricycle driver to support himself. Graduating in Criminology, he seemed to have overcome his troubled past.

However, the chains of sin still shackled him. RJ admitted, “It felt good to follow the desires of the flesh.” But when he fell ill with unexplainable symptoms like difficulty urinating, defecating, and occasional bleeding, desperation gripped him, “I was desperate to get healed and desperate to get my life back together.”
In his desperation, RJ tuned in to The 700 Club Asia’s episode, where Peter Kairuz led viewers in a prayer of salvation. Overwhelmed, RJ raised his hands, crying out to God, “After that prayer, I experienced a peace that transcends all understanding.”

This encounter transformed RJ’s life. While his physical condition didn’t instantly improve, his immediate decision to obey God led to a miraculous change. “As I followed the Lord, started reading the Bible, and live out what I learned, I realized I was healed from my condition.”
RJ, once desperate for healing, encountered Jesus, who not only healed his body but also mended his heart, mind, and shattered soul. Today, RJ stands whole. Remember, God can make you whole too. His healing power extends to every aspect of your being. Reach out to Him and experience His transforming love.
