Insert the stopper into the outside bottom of the plastic brewing container.

Dampen the disc-shaped felt filter and insert into the bottom of the brewing container. Next, place your reusable or paper bag into the container. Pour 340g of coarse ground coffee into the bag, followed by 1.65L of water. Stir gently to saturate. Twist the bag tightly closed.

Steep coffee grounds for 12-24 hours to create a smooth, rich flavour.

Cold brew relies on time – not heat. It keeps sharp, bitter notes out of your cup. With its growing popularity, our extensive range to includes a commercial sized variant, so you can produce cold brew in any operational setting.

3. FILTER Remove the stopper and let your coffee concentrate flow into the glass decanter.

Keep refrigerated and ideally use within 3 days of brewing.

Raspberry Tonic Fizz What you will need Suki Iced Raspberry Vanilla 505965 Tonic water

Ice Raspberries and/or mint to garnish (optional)

Recipe (12oz drink) Step 1. Prepare tea in advance. Add 6 scoops to a 1.4L cold brewer, fill with cold water and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours (<5oC). For best results use our Coffee Gator Cold Brewer.

Step 2. After 24 hours, remove the leaves from the jug.

Step 3. Add ice to a 12oz glass, fill with tea to 2/3 full and top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh berries and mint.

Step 4. Store remaining cold brew in the fridge (<5oC) for a maximum of 24 hours, discard any remaining tea after this time.

Step 2. In a separate mug, dissolve beetroot powder in a dash of boiling water.

Step 3. Add frappe powder to the blender jug, followed by the contents of the glass and the fresh mint leaves.

Step 3. Add steamed mylk to a 12oz glass and pour the brewed tea over the mylk.

Step 4. Blend on programme 3.

Step 5. Marble glass with chocolate sauce (optional).

Step 6. Garnish with mint leaves, or optional whipped cream and chocolate flakes.

Recipe (12oz drink) Step 1. Dissolve Chocolate Abyss powder in a dash of hot water.

Step 2. Add espresso and syrup (if using).

Step 3. Top with steamed mylk.

Step 4. Add dissolved beetroot gradually until you reach the desired colour (around 2-3 teaspoons).

Step 4. Garnish with a dust of chocolate powder and/or coconut flakes.

Step 5. Garnish with a dust of beetroot powder and/or raspberries.
