Awaiting Developments I’ve discovered a few proverbial chinks in the armour of my bridge students. These gaps are specifically to do with responding to partner’s one-level opening bid. Let’s see where you draw the line between a 1NT response and bidding a new suit (nonjump) at the two-level. For example, let’s say partner has opened the bidding with 1N.
