Online CBC Network Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates have access to a networking system located on CBCBlueprint that is similar to Linked-In that allows them to strategically locate other CBC affiliates with similar clients and expertise. The CBC Forums The CBC Forums are a great way to interact with fellow CBC affiliates. GLOBAL CLIENT SOLUTIONS LLC (GCS) The Global Client Solutions team acts as a center of excellence for all of our offices. The team proactively provides assistance in coordinating and delivering proposals and presentations for national clients and winning multi-market assignments for the CBC organization. S.T.A.R. Orientation & On-Boarding Process The first step toward your success as a new CBC affiliate is participation in our Systems Tools and Resources (S.T.A.R.) Orientation program. Global Commercial Conference (GCC) The GCC event is the premier forum for all Coldwell Banker Commercial® (CBC®) professionals to expand their knowledge through a wide-range of educational workshops. ICSC Convention The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Annual Spring Convention takes place in Las Vegas each year. It is the largest gathering of real estate and retail professionals (over 50,000 attendees) in the world, with leasing agents, shopping center developers and owners and municipal officials, as well as product and service vendors all in attendance. With our strategically located 4,500 SF island booth, the CBC organization has a significant presence at this event. The booth facilitates client meetings and displays CBC properties throughout the show. The CBC organization also has a significant presence at several regional ICSC meetings that take place throughout the year.
