HOME COMPONENT LIFE CYCLE

HOME COMPONENT LIFE CYCLE: HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Actual useful life will vary depending on the quality of the component, owner maintenance, and environmental conditions. Appliance life will also depend on the amount of use and roofing life can vary greatly with the construction differences such as the type of attic ventilation. This guide can be used to compare the current ages of components so that an appropriate budget can be determined.
