PRESIDENT PRESIDENT
It is with great honour and pleasure I forward this massage today for the 2nd volume of the Newsletter of CBA Toastmasters club for the year 2022/2023.
“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself “
-HENRY FORD-
Act in accordance to the above quote, we could achieve 9 DCP points as at 31 st March 2023, because of excos and members working together.
The biggest challenge we had to face during the 1st term was to bring back the members from the online platform to physical platform. It got worse because of the fuel & economic crisis in the country had then and there. But, with the commitment encouragement of all members towards others, we were able to overcome that challenge & were able to get the 80% attendance for every meeting we conducted My sincere thanks go to all dear members for that.
After completing ten months in 22/23 toastmaster year, we have come to the last a couple of months with great happiness about the member’s & club’s performance during the year.
Joining to the CBA Toastmasters club is essential for our CBA members in improving communication and leadership skills, building confidence, networking, and gaining opportunities for personal and professional growth. And I encourage CBA members to join the CBA Toastmasters club and take advantage of the opportunities for personal and professional growth through improving communication and leadership skills.
May all members of the CBA Toastmasters club have a bright and successful future as they continue to develop their communication and leadership skills

Leveraging Social Responsibility Process
The Resource collectors are introduced with this Resource Banking (RB) process to do the collection from the surrounding neighborhoods specially. The RB operating process is just a simple mechanism practiced to reward the households. Here when the HHs bring their liter as in the manner required they are compensated with reward points. (1 point equals to Rs.1/=) The collected materials are price based on the market demand.
For instance assume, if a 1kg plastic is brought by a HH and if value of it is Rs.30/=, theHH is rewarded with 30 points. Every registered HH has been assigned an account atthe RB/RA ledger and a passbook is given to the HH to record their transactions. Oncea HH has collected 1000 points he/she could cash out. The collection of the RA/RBs are sold to the MRFs & industries after some steps for value additions through “furthersegregation”. Refer to the diagram given bellow.
