Summer – the time of year we all dream about! When the weather gets beautiful, everyone seems to smile more. I’m certainly looking forward to getting out with my family to experience the joys the season brings.

Our Summer Toronto Collection certainly has you covered on that front: whether you look at the clear skies as the perfect time to tackle renovations (we’ve got info on the place to shop for materials, and an ally to spruce up your wine cellar); are looking to experience some new, fine Italian cuisine in Little Italy (say hello to Il Covo); or just can’t wait to get out on the lake (but want advice on which boat is right for you). Of course, let’s not forget all the great real estate across Toronto and Muskoka!
I’m also very excited to share our big news: this summer, we’re opening our Toronto brokerage! My thanks to Steve Haddock – long time resident of Muskoka and Toronto and one of our experienced sales representatives – as he takes on the role of team lead in the big city, bringing the Cayman Marshall real estate model of teamwork to where you live. Our significant success in Muskoka in a very short period of time has proven that our state of the art marketing techniques, attention to detail, team approach and superior service to our clients is what sets us apart from all other Brokerages. On a personal note, I am very excited to be charged with heading our new Toronto Brokerage. I also currently reside in Rosedale but have owned many properties over the years in Toronto and the GTA and have a strong understanding and knowledge of the various neighbourhoods and what they have to offer.
