Dear Friends, It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome you to our first production sale in ten years. We have been selling our bulls private treaty the last ten years. With our numbers increasing we felt that it was time to move forward and start having a production sale once again. We feel that this is a very strong set of bulls packed with quality and performance top to bottom. This is the third generation of Leachman’s to be in the Angus business with the fourth showing very high interest.

The past year cattleman have experienced some of the highest prices in history. This is an encouraging and exciting time for us all. Bred females bringing record prices, feeder calves, replacement heifers also bringing record high prices, not to mention cull cattle at top dollar.

We feel that it is a very good time to be in production agriculture and rejuvenating your genetic base.

This is the best set of bulls that we have offered for sale. These bulls are the product of generations of culling for maternal, performance, and fertility traits that we feel are important to the commercial cattleman, yet improving carcass traits without sacrificing these important traits.

Therefore when you buy a Leachman Bull you can rest assured that we stand behind them 100%.

We look forward to seeing new baby calves and their sire groups, the new two year old cows coming into production, watching the bulls grow and change, and visiting with our customers.

Sale Location

At the ranch 15 miles north of I-90 on HWY 287 then west on Muddy Lane 2 miles

Delivery

We will deliver bulls within 500 miles free of charge. All other delivery will be at cost. All shipping is at the buyers’ risk so we advise you to insure your purchases. Insurance representatives will be available sale day. Delivery will occur as soon as possible after the sale as we can make arrangements.

Retained Interest

Leachman Angus will be retaining 1/3 semen interest in ALL bulls selling.

Terms & Conditions

All cattle sell under the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.

Health

All bulls selling have been vaccinated for IBR,BVD, PI3, Blackleg, red water-colostridium type C&D, and HSomnus. Also new this year bulls have vaccinated for footrot. All bulls have been given a breeding soundness exam and fertility tested. All health is a monitored by Dr. Will Oliver at Chuteside Vet Clinic.

Corrections

Any corrections and supplemental information will be available on sale day. Any announcements from the block by the owner or the Auctioneer will take precedence.
