ARTS & CRAFTSÂ AT BAYSIDE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
On December 14, I attended the event, Arts and Crafts at Bayside Historical Society, along with my friends. This was my second time going to Bayside Historical Society so I was somewhat familiar with the place by the time we started the Arts and Crafts which we began around 11 as a group. Mr.Jacoby told us what to do and we followed along. It was a very fun event, we got to live our childhood again in those small chairs with a big table of art tools surrounded by a bunch of little kids. The people there were also very welcoming and the environment was made very child friendly. Overall, it was a very fun experience for me. Ronald Mcdonald House December 2019 was my first time attending Ronald Mcdonald House so I was super excited. The purpose was to cook breakfast for the residents and so we did. Each of us were in pairs to cook a different type of food for breakfast. We made french toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. My job was to make pancakes, and I can say my pancake making skills has definitely improved. Being at this event, I was able to do something that I don't usually do at home and it was certainly very enjoyable. I got a little tour and the house itself is actually really pretty.
