Cathedral High School

Cathedral High School was founded by the Los Angeles Archdiocese in 1925 on the site of the old Calvary Cemetery just northeast of downtown Los Angeles. The Christian Brothers have administered the school since its founding and journeyed from nearby Sacred Heart Parish in Lincoln Heights where they began teaching seventh and eighth grade boys in 1923. This year we will be celebrating our 91st year of rich tradition and continued commitment to young men in the greater Los Angeles area.
