Upscale (four-Star) Restaurant Design The Bloved is a Lounge and Restaurant, located within the Hotel Catalonia Riviera Maya in the area of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. It is the ideal place to taste exquisite dishes with the best atmosphere and the privileged attention that our guests deserve.

It is located on a high floor, allowing you to enjoy the food, accompanied by wonderful views of the Mexican Caribbean through its huge windows. The beautiful view of the beach of Puerto Aventuras, with white sand and transparent water that turns into a deep blue as it departs, is something worth admiring.

However, this natural landscape is not the only thing that brings peace to visitors in Bloved Lounge & Restaurant; since the decoration of the place itself creates a comfortable and calm atmosphere with everything necessary to make guests feel loved, as its name indicates. The blue tones that refer to the sea, the sky and the calm stand out. From the entrance it is as if you entered a dream; however, as you progress to the interior of the place, one by one the avant-garde and original touches go hand in hand with the serene atmosphere thanks to its minimalism.

It should be noted that each area of the restaurant is different, first we find beige cream tables and chairs, from the front you can see the VIP area that creates a cozy privacy; then an extensive high table with benches under a collection of glasses; next to it, a long armchair with modern red chairs, and behind a collection of bottles that make up a wall, there is a large tiled table that also overlooks the hotel pools where you can watch other guests have fun.

As mentioned, these differences are mixed in perfect harmony, part of what makes Bloved Lounge & Restaurant a unique place.

In these gourmet dishes you will appreciate original touches such as the Hazelnut cremole in crispy crab ravioli. An international cuisine is showcased through European dishes with touches of the traditional Mexican flavor, for example the Mole poblano snow which sounds different, but turns out to be the perfect companion of the chocolate Coulant. But what gives the most to these culinary delights is that all of them strive for wellness, without being healthy the opposite to great flavor, since each of these dishes is exquisite and without too many calories.

Guest favorites for breakfast are the Michoacanos, consisting of fried eggs on a corn tortilla with beans, bathed in a pasilla chili sauce and accompanied by avocado and panela cheese. For lunch, the favorites are the Fresh tuna tostadas with guacamole, chipotle dressing and fried onion. For dinner the special of the house, Bloved Lounge & Restaurant, is the Quinoa terrine with walnuts, spices and pumpkin flower, accompanied by dip of yogurt and beet.
