With the aim of being an inspiration in beach restaurants, not only in the area of Bayahibe, but throughout the Dominican territory and taking into account the location, design, atmosphere, quality of service and gastronomy, in Catalonia Hotels & Resorts we gave life to the Terrace Tapas Restaurant & Lounge within the Catalonia Gran Dominicus resort; giving its interiors a renewed Caribbean design, evoking a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere and with a very particular view of the beautiful waters of the Dominican Caribbean.

The concept of Terrace Tapas Restaurant & Lounge is defined mainly by the conservation of already existing tropical vegetation and the use of wood as a main complement. With the preponderance of a range of soft colors such as yellow and cream, the walls with smooth finishes leave the focus to a wooden deck with exposed beams.
