Dan Gurney and the All American Racers played a pivotal part in how American race cars were taken by the global racing fraternity. Winning both local and international races in tandem. While the AAR Eagle Pepsi Challenger (also available from Automodello in 1:43 and limited to 148 pieces) is more famous, this version in White Castle livery driven by Chip Mead is an epic tribute to the AAR drivers and their remarkable spirit. The model is highly detailed and is limited to only 150 pieces.

1965 alan fraser racing sunbeam "monster" tiger

Classic racing enthusiasts might remember the mighty but tiny Hillman Imps and Sunbeam Tigers that used to race in rallies and even competed in grueling endurance races like Le Mans.

Featured is one such model rendered in glorious 1:43 detail by Automodello ONE43™. This is the famous Sunbeam "Monster" Tiger raced by Alan Fraser in the 60s. Why is it called the monster? Due to the tarmac destroying 300hp Ford V8 crammed into the engine bay and all the goodies both inside and outside. The model has the Scottish saltire on the hard top (which only featured in this particular version). Just 143 examples are produced of this highly detailed model.
