Military 87: SMall Scale. Big fun!

Most of us played with toy soldiers and military sets when we were younger. It was almost a rite of passage to replay great battles in the sand with little metal and plastic models and warriors.

Schuco brings back some of that nostalgia with some very detailed military (mostly Bundeswehr) models in 1:87 or HO (for those model train enthusiasts) scale. These aren't for playing in the sand, but –on highly detailed dioramas and showcases.

This is the Bundeswehr Tank Companie, as institued in the German military in 1981. It is made up of four M48G tanks, a M113 armored troop carrier, and MAN 5T GL support truck that can carry supplies or personnel (with a removable canvas top) and a Volkswagen T3 Bus which probably would ferry all sorts of things to and from the front lines.
