A tailored, lightweight jersey, now with a more refined silhouette. Constructed with an incredibly lightweight 50 g/m2 material it’s lighter than any race jersey. In fact, the unique material is so light that it cannot have sponsors logos printed on it and therefore has never been used in the pro peloton.

The fabric of the Origin Jersey amazingly also provides a small amount of wind proofing, giving it the best of both worlds. Most surprisingly, especially considering this hasn’t been designed with racing in mind, it feels very fast – faster than most specialised aero jerseys.

Like many of our products, the FORBICI was designed with a clear purpose, to make a lightweight summer jersey – something for those swelteringly hot days. The fabric is inspired by the original Climber’s Jersey. When it came to naming this piece, we harkened back to the old days when we raced in short-zip heavy jerseys in ALL seasons, and for the scorcher days we would bring out the scissors, cut the sleeves and hack holes in an attempt to increase airflow. The SCISSOR Jersey isn’t a very good name, but translate it into Italian and it’s perfect. The FORBICI Jersey is our modern solution to an age-old problem – and you won’t need the scissors anymore.

This is the most iconic of cycling pieces. We’ve gone out of our way to create a cap that captures a classic look, something easier said than done. Made in a specialist cap factory rather than in-house, the distressed material is far superior to that more commonly used. With extra paneling, the cap sits in a more elegant fashion than most modern cycling caps, and the off-centered brim tag encourages the wearer to don it off-center, as is tradition.

1903 represents the year of the first Tour de France, immortalised by its yellow jersey. The yellow jersey is reserved for the leader of the biggest race in the world, but no one said anything about a base layer.

It was the day after the final rest day, and in my pre-race plan was supposed to be when I started chasing a stage win,

unfortunately I had broken two fingers in a crash on Stage 15.

It was a hellish day, my team mates, Nathan Haas and Ryder Hesjedal never left my side and helped me to the finish. The pattern from the day’s numbers paint a much prettier picture than the reality of the situation.

Built with a microfibre polyester made as light and soft as possible, the VUELTA Base Layer is the perfect accompaniment to the 1.21 Jersey. Contrary to the subdued colours of the outer layer we decided to make the Base Layer a bit more colourful, much the way a gentleman may choose the inner lining of his suit to contrast with the outside. In tailoring this is called a reveal, a flash of colour occasionally glimpsed that shows there’s something more going on than at first perceived. Designed for warmer conditions, the sleeveless Base Layer’s unique cut, construction, and aesthetics sets it apart.

The first Monument of the year, Milano-Sanremo is such a journey, a 300km point to point race. With 270km of ever-building tension for what seems like 30km of real racing, it has a character all of its own: a strong, slightly mad, identity. It feels like winter when congregating at the start line among the early morning shadows of the grey, cold and often damp capital city of Lombardy.

This all changes when cresting the Turchino Pass at the halfway point, the summit is passed via

a tunnel whose entrance is painted with black and white chevrons, signifying to those in the know, the end of the beginning.

The exit of the tunnel and descent to the coast becomes an explosion of life and colour. It feels like a different world, a different race begins, and with it a new season, winter is finally over and for this reason we call it La Classicissima di Primavera. — David Millar

Its sublaminated overprint is a design that represents the final part of the Milan-Sanremo race. The Mediterranean coastal road that leads to Sanremo being a welcome contrast to the grey industrial city where it starts. We thought of this design as being much like the reveal in a suit, where the interior lining would be in stark contrast to the often conservative exterior.

“I have the best socks in the world, but I don’t know where they are from.”

That’s where the quest began, after discovering that the factory that made the socks was defunct. We started over, and re-engineered the best sock in the world, and the 1.54 is the result, with a ceramic footbed, tall cuff, and aesthetic that can go with a suit. These socks feature the Milano-Sanremo print.

The CHPT3 Girona collection pays homage to our hometown and the modern heartland of cycling. Its construction is race derived yet designed to offer the very best in everyday performance.

Inspiration for the design, the Parc de la Devesa sits on the very edge of Girona’s centre and is made up of 2,500 plane trees. The bark of the plane tree has been our blueprint for the design, converted to form a camouflage-like pattern made out of the number three.
