Administrative Fee – $495 Per Closed Side (Consumer, Advisor or Select Lending Services Paid)

Most often collected from the consumer at closing, this fee covers the back-office, compliance, and operational support that lets you focus on serving clients. If it isn’t collected from the consumer, it can easily be deducted from your commission for convenience. If the deal is financed by our lending partner Select Lending Services, they will cover this fee in the form of a lender credit on the closing statement.
