Hard work pays off The David W Carter Collegiate Academy is happy to announce that several students graduated with their Associates Degree on May 10, 2024 at 6 pm A normal Thursday evening for the rest of us was probably the best day of their life and an unforgettable moment for the people graduating. Patrick Worthey would like to share his difficulties in high school and some advice for the people who haven’t yet graduated. “No, it wasn’t easy because it required 63 credit hours to graduate ”

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK
Patrick continues, “A lot of planning and organization had to be done. My whole summer was filled with college classes.”
Remembering to do assignments was difficult Having to balance school with extracurricular activities and managing a 3.5 GPA was difficult. Patrick encourages all students to make a planner so they can be organized and to stay on top of their grades.
