REGISTRATIONINFORMATION

With our new registration package model, families now have the opportunity to choosewhattimeframeworksbestfortheirschedule.Bychoosingapackage,you willhaveaccesstoregisterforthecampsthatfallwithinthedesignatedtimeframe ofthatpackage.

Whenregisteringforthesepackages,youwillpayaflatfeeforthetimeframeofthe package rather than different prices for each camp. Please note that there are a few camps that do have their own pricing structure due to additional expenses requiredonbehalfofthecampinstructorandschool

PAYMENTINFORMATION

Thisyearweareexcitedtoofferaflexiblepaymentplantoavoidthelargefinancial committmentrequiredrightaftertheholidayseason

Whenregistering,youwillhavetwooptionsforpayment:

1)Payinfullatthetimeofregistration.

2) Pay 25% of the total registration fee and opt in to our monthly payment plan withnoextrafees.

Our accepted forms of payment are Credit Card (which will incur a 3% credit card surcharge) or ACH/E-Check which does not have any additional fee associated withit.

REFUND&CANCELLATIONPOLICY

Changes to camps and refunds can be requested and processed until March 31, 2025. Starting April 1, no refunds will be provided unless the camp is cancelled by CDS.

Changes for camps within a package are available at no extra fee until March 31. StartingApril1,anycampchangeswithinthepackagewillincura$10fee.
