





Here at Aston Oaks, we believe your event cannot be defined by a limited number of packages. That’s why we designed our Hole-In-One Event Plan. This package gives you full creative control on every aspect of your event. From the dinner menu to the folding style of the napkin, each detail will be handpicked by you and executed by us for your perfect Hole-In-One event.
None of these decisions are final yet. This event planning guide utilizes check boxes ( ) for you to easily record your current choices. You can bring this plan when you meet with our Event Coordinator, Lindsey Theissen, to use as a guide when you finalize your decisions.
To give you a starting point in your Hole-In-One Event Plan, here are a few things we include for all of our events.
ROOM RENTAL : The Banquet Center is reserved for you for 4 hours. The room will close 30 minutes after the scheduled end time.
4 HOURS OF BAR SERVICE : One of our talented bartenders will serve your guests during your event. The last call for service is 15 minutes prior to the scheduled end time.
USE OF PROJECTION SCREEN & SOUND SYSTEM : These are available if you would like to play a slideshow or video with audio at any point during your event. Our sound system has bluetooth capabilities if you would like to play music from your own device.
TABLE LINENS & COLOR-COORDINATED CHOICE OF NAPKIN : Choose from 3 colors of table linens, 24 colors of napkins, and various napkin folding styles.
PROFESSIONAL ROOM SETUP & CLEANUP : Our wonderful Aston staff will set up before and clean up the room after your event.
TABLE CENTERPIECES : Choose from one of our selections or provide one of your own and we will set it up for you.
PARKING : 250 parking spots are available in our main lot with additional handicapped parking in the rear of the banquet center. Rear parking is not available if there is an on-site ceremony. We provide a commuter golf cart to transport guests from their cars to the facility for no additional cost.
GRATUITY (Excludes Bartenders): A standard gratuity for our service staff is incorporated into the event cost. Bartender gratuity is up to guests’ discretion.
Minimums are calculated using the total value of food and beverage purchases only. Sales tax and ceremony/reception services and are not included to determine minimums.
Monday-Thursday and Weekend events before 5PM: $1,500
Friday and Sunday Evenings (November-April): $3,000
Friday and Sunday Evenings (May-October): $4,000
Saturday (November-April): $5,000
Saturday (May-October) and all Holidays: $8,000

We are happy to host your ceremony at Aston Oaks. A ceremony fee of $1,800 includes: ceremony time, patio and gazebo reservation for the ceremony, set up and removal of chairs, a wireless microphone, and rehearsal time. Our restaurant balcony will close during your ceremony time for privacy. Please note that our golf course remains open during ceremonies.
For all wedding receptions at Aston Oaks there is a $700 reception service fee. This fee allows us to provide the following:
• Champagne Toast: The newlyweds, bridesmaids and/or groomsmen, and parents will have a filled champagne glass for the toast.
• Cake Cutting Service: One of our staff members will cut your wedding cake and set it out on the table for your guests. We can save a couple slices and/or the top for the newlyweds if you would like.
• Food Tasting: Before making your menu decision, our chef will prepare menu samples to help finalize your menu selections.
• Floor Length Table Linens: Choose from 3 color options of floor length table linens.
• Personalized Room Setup: Our staff will set up party favors, head table, gift table, guest book, or other requested touches.
• Plated Salads: These are individually served to the table at the time of your choice.
• Signature Cocktails: We will serve up to 2 signature cocktails of your choice.
• Uplights: Our numerous uplights around the Banquet Center can be turned to a color of your choice.

Add an extra hour to your event for $1,200 with an alcohol package, or for $700 with cash bar.

Here at Aston Oaks we take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. If you are aware of any guests that may have a food allergy or dietary restriction please let us know and we will provide a substitute meal for those guests.
Choosing from our dinner buffet package menu is an easy and cost-effective way to plan your event. Our chef has created a variety of delicious entrées to be paired with your choice of the perfect side dishes that are sure to please everyone. Packages are priced per guest. Buffet packages include soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade, dinner rolls served with butter, and your choice of salad. Potato chips and pretzels will be served at the bar prior to dinner.

Pricing is based on the number of guests 21 years of age and older. One bartender is included for each 100 guests. Any additional bartenders requested are $400 each.

Aston Oaks Golf Club and Banquet Center, as licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Aston Oaks Golf Club and Banquet Center takes seriously its responsibility to serve alcohol with care and therefore reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic beverages at any time to anyone. Bartenders reserve the right to ask for identification before serving alcoholic beverages. Under no circumstance will shots be given at any time.
The winter party special requires a 75 person minimum. If guest count is less than 75, your party is subject to in-season pricing. The special is valid for the months of November, December, January, February, and March. Price includes four hours of bar service. All pricing includes gratuity for the servers but not the bartender. All pricing is subject to sales tax.
