Faith is confidence in a bright future together with our partner stores and customers!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Revised January 2016 PRODUCT INFORMATION All American print items are hand made. Slight variation in materials and assembly may occur.

Our product designers give careful consideration to mat colors and molding to achieve a quality product. Frames may be different than shown due to availability of molding styles.

Customized mat colors are not available. Dimensions given are outside frame measurements. Prices and availability of molding and products are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER Minimum order is $100.00. Orders less than minimum will be subject to a $20.00 small order fee.

DELIVERY TIMES *Standard ship time is 5-7 business days.

This schedule may vary due to seasonal peak times. Rush orders will be accepted on a limited basis only, contingent upon current production capacity and credit approval.

Minimum rush order is $100.00 plus the greater of $20.00 or 10% fee. Some import items may sell out through the year. Check with your sales rep or call us for the most up-to-date-list.

SHIPPING All freight is FOB Tulsa, Oklahoma unless noted on our form. Our preferred shipping method is by private common carrier.* A 20% restocking charge is assessed for all refused shipments. Accounts with refused shipment(s) will be on “shipping hold” for any further orders until restocking payment is received. Note: All delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. *No shipments via parcel post.

PAYMENT OPTIONS We are required by law to maintain on file a copy of the store’s tax certificate.

The Faith Collection offers two payment options: 1. Pro Forma with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover*: Pro Forma orders are paid upon shipment and include freight costs.

2. Net 30 terms: Net 30 terms are based on sufficient and positive credit history and personal guarantee of the store owners. Carpentree requires a completed Customer Information Form or Credit Application.

For credit card purchases, please provide the following information: 1) type of credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover); 2) name as it appears on the card; 3) account number; 4) expiration date; 5) buyer’s/cardholder’s signature; 6) credit card billing address, street number and zip code.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS New orders are not shipped to past due accounts. Accounts not paid within 30 days will be subject to 1.5% per month, 18% per year finance charge. In addition, all past due accounts will be subject to reasonable collection and attorney fees plus any court costs. A $15.00 (minimum) service charge will be assessed for any checks not honored by customer’s bank.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders canceled within 14 days of scheduled shipment date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, freight charges plus the 20% restocking fee are due. No cancellation charge if the cancellation request is received in writing and confirmed by The Faith Collection 15 days prior to shipment.

BACK ORDERS All back orders will be shipped when available unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Freight on all back order shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS, DAMAGE CLAIMS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 business days upon customer’s shipment receipt and then returned within 15 business days of shipment receipt. DO NOT DESTROY shipping carton until Customer Service has been notified of damages and you have been advised how to proceed. Return product with no markings or price tags.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED Unauthorized returns will not be accepted - Returns must be as carefully packed for return as when packed by The Faith Collection for initial shipment. Please keep all original packing materials in shipping carton for freight company inspection when shipping damages occur. Returns are accepted for damages, defective and overages only.

BOXES USED TO RETURN PRODUCT TO THE FAITH COLLECTION SHOULD BE NO LARGER THAN 34X37X10 (Exception: Large boxes used for oversized items delivered by freight carrier.) Return authorization numbers will be issued by Customer Service and must appear on the outside of the box. All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Credits must be redeemed within one year of issue date. Thank you for your business.

A re-stocking fee of 20% will be assessed for unjustified returns.
