In the down-town area of Bordeaux, on an 18m long and 6m wide plot, the exercise is to create a detached house for a family of 5 members. The program planned three bedrooms and a studio for the father who is a painter. The main idea of my project is to bring the street and the garden inside of the house. Since the plot is long and deep,

Schwerpunkt des Entwurfsstudios war das prozessorientierte Entwerfen und dessen konkrete räumliche Umsetzung und Anwendung in unte schiedlichen Maßstabsebenen auf dem 380 ha großen ehemaligen Flugfeld Tempelhof. Der Entwurf PARKWERK wurde in Gänze ausgestellt und durch einen erläuternden Film erweitert.

Flächenabstände

Besetzungstypologien

Auf den zur Nutzung freigegebenen Flächen entwickeln sich entlang der Versorgungsleitungen Felder, die sich in der Maximalsituation an den Rändern berühren. Die Entwicklung der Felder ist nicht vorherbestimmt, sondern vollzieht sich nach Bedarf bzw. Nachfrage.

Um sicher zu stellen, dass gebaute Felder nicht zu nah aneinander liegen, gelten Abstandregeln für die Felder. Die Abstandfläche eines Feldes wird generiert durch den Durchmesser des Feldes selbst. Dabei ist der Abstand so breit wie der Durchmesser des Feldes an seiner kurzen Seite. Auf den Abstandflächen darf nicht gebaut werden. Die Abstandsflächen nah beieinander liegender Felder dürfen sich bis zu 5 % der jeweils kleineren Zelle überlagern.

Die Fassade zeigt ein streng horizontal Richtung, die Konstruktive Struktur bringt die Plumpheit und die Stabilität zum Ausdruck, und die Räumliche Organisation schildern ein starke introvertiert und kompakt System. Zu diesen Eindrucken, wollen wir ein Widerspruch schaffen : Zum Plumpheit wünschen wir Leichtigkeit, zum Stabilität, Dynamik, zu dieStrenge, die Flüssigkeit... Unsere Arbeit hat sich auf die Neue Bewegungen, die neue Funktionen in den Denkmal konzentriert. Damit, durch

ein Nachahnung des Thema Wasser, der Relief, der Plastizität der Sachsenbad und ein einfache Programm : Wohnen, sich Treffen und Tanzen entwerfen wir ein neue Identität für das Bad. Unsere Konzept stützt sich auf ein deutliche Trennung zwischen Alt und Neu, der heutige Gebäude und was wir schaffen. Unsere Wünschen darstellen sichals ein ganz neue Struktur, ein Band, ein Element der durch der Gebäude lauft, von Süd bis Nord und raus geht, als Öffnung für das Gebäude.

En reponse à ces deux cas de figure se sont imposé deux type de projet. - l’un, conçu pour les maisons dont la surface a été rogné, est une dalle surrélevée pour le sol et une structure en beton armé préfabriqué qui intègre les escaliers, les toillettes et un réservoir d’eau. Ce projet n’est qu’une structure sur laquelle les habitants peuvent accroché leur construction personnelle future. - le deuxième projet, pour reloger les familles dont la maison a été détruite par les travaux de la route, est un groupement d’habitation trés dense et cependant toutes individuelles et éventuellement extensibles.

Ho u sing t ypol o g ie s The morphology of the slums have adapted to special needs and according to what the inhabitants of Yerawada say, they don’t want to leave their settlement by any means… As precarious as it can be, the housing in a slum looks more like a house rather than an apartment, usual type of housing in the city. Its structure is comparable to the housing one would find in the country side, where the community generally comes from. The plan of the house reflects a specific lifestyle and a traditional culture that has adapted itself to the constraint of the city and the lack of money.
