MEC Majuba visited Highveld Secondary School recently at Elukwatini here in the Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality to congratulate the school on its performance following the announcement of the 2022 National Senior Certificate Examination Results. Highveld Secondary School obtained 965 % passratewhich constitutes an 11.4 % improvement from the results obtained in 2021. In 2019 the school obtained 951% In 2020
itregistered a910 % In2021 it obtained an 851% and in 2022 it reclaim its position by recording a 96.5%. This school had 170 grade 12 learners who wrote in 2022 and of this number 164 passed. It registered 96 learners who passed with bachelor pass requirement and 48 who will pursue diploma studies Added to this two learners from this school were part of the top learners in the Province.
