The buyer, J . Buckley Wheaton made a p u b l i c s t a t e ment i n which he s a i d h i s immediate p l a n s were t o t u r n Carnegie i n t o a 24 hour a b o r t i o n c l i n i c and young peoples hang-out, from which anyone o v e r f o r t y y e a r s o l d would be dznied e n t r y .
