Booking Terms and Conditions All prices include VAT A £10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking within 2 weeks of your enquiry. The full balance is required 6 weeks prior to your event. Bookings made after Friday 9th November must be paid in full within 5 working days. Regrettably, if you cancel all or part of your booking, all payments are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. Carnegie Conference and Business Centre cannot be held responsible should any of the entertainment acts cancel at short notice. However, this is exceptional and we will ensure that a suitable replacement act is sought. Carnegie Conference and Business Centre reserves the right to cancel any event should it not prove viable to run. Under these circumstances a full refund would be offered or alternatively you would be able to transfer to another night. Free parking is available within the grounds of Carnegie Conference and Business Centre. Please note that all cars are parked at the risk of the owner. Parties of 4 people or less may be required to share a table. Parties of 50+ will have special Terms and Conditions.
